Welcome EPP Fire Safety and Rescue Products was established by Efren P. Palmiery, with the firm bearing his initials. The proprietor started as sales man and later became branch manager and distributor of Palmer Asia Inc. from 1993 to 2008, where he became a topnotch distributor for fifteen years. He catered to private firms, government agencies and local government units supplying fire fighting equipment such as fire extinguisher, fire trucks, fire hoses, self - contained breathing apparatus, fireman's helmet, coat, pants, boots and others. He saw the need to focus on this market and started EPP Fire Safety in January 2009. In October 2010, as the local government units are all preparing for disaster preparedness, the proprietor started to market rescue equipment for floods and other disasters such as water rope, life vest and rubber boat. In early January 2011, he expanded his product lines making his company EPP Fire Safety and Rescue Products and began to sell vehicle victim extrication tools such as cutter and spreader. In August 2011 with the increased demand for vehicle victim extrication tools and other rescue products, the company chose to carry TNT Rescue Systems (USA), the firm that provides products of high quality, competitive price and after sales service. It eventually designated EPP Fire Safety and Rescue Products as its Authorized Philippine Distributor of its safety and rescue products. EPP Fire Safety and Rescue Products are committed in providing Disaster Management Councils of local government units with the following products:
