I'm so glad you found me! If you're anything like me, you LIVE for the moments that make your hair stand on end. I love people who also feel this way; people who actively seek out places, people and experiences in their world that make them feel alive. I love people who love kinship, adventure, travel, relationships and good food.

I'm a former corporate manager who could never shake the love of adventure out of her heart. The routine was replaced with the excitement of life behind the lens, and now, I channel my love for adventure by managing a business I love in an industry I adore.

I became a family and birth photographer because I love watching love, life and connection come alive right before my eyes. I became a birth photographer, specifically, because I couldn't find anyone to help me document my labor story. Birth is one of the most life changing moments in a family's life. A mother will give birth to her specific child on a certain day, at a certain time, and just like pages of a calendar, this day will come and go, only to be relived again through the memories that were made on the day. I didn't want to forget and I didn't want anyone to have to forget. So I dove right in and never looked back.

You have made a wonderful decision of wanting to document such a special time in your life and I will do everything in my power to make it happen. WHAT WILL YOU SHARE ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Nothing ends up on social media unless you are 100% comfortable. Your privacy is of the utmost importance. However, and for a limited time only, I am offering a generous discount for a full waiver to post images and videos. Please get in touch to enquire some more.

WHAT IF YOU DON’T MAKE IT TO THE BIRTH?

Just like anything in life, there is a 50/50 chance that that could happen. Some births are so fast (precipitous) even midwives and doctors don’t make it! It is important that we remain in contact as early in your labor journey as possible to ensure that this doesn’t happen. If you have communicated with me early and done everything to let me know that your labor is beginning and I am still not able to make it to the birth, I will make sure you are informed early, and I will work with you within the clauses of my contract to ensure you are satisfied.

WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE COVERAGE AREA?

I am happy to drive 45 minutes outside of the Orland Park area.

DO YOU SHOOT VIDEO?

Yes. Video coverage is included in the Legacy and Heirloom collections, as well as an addon service to the Fresh48 or Motherhood sessions. You will never regret booking a video package. DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS?

WHEN

DO WE GET OUR IMAGES?

Yes. Albums can be customized to suit your needs, and prices vary depending on cover and number of pages. Get in touch for more information. Approximately four-six week after your session, you will receive an email with a link to a private online gallery where you will be able to view all the pictures from your birth, and download your selected gallery. You will have access to your photos in this way for an entire year. The online gallery allows you to download your images to your mobile phone or desktop in low resolution, as well as share your favorite images with your family and friends. If you have selected the Heirloom or Oscar collection, I will ask you to mark 30-40 photos to be included in your album, I will then design and place the orders. Your album will be ready approximately 2-3 weeks after I have placed the order.

How do we book you?

Once you have confirmed your interest in wanting to hire me as your birth photographer, I will be in touch with you to set up a one on one consultation. It is very important that you and your partner meet with me ahead of signing me on. This gives both of us a chance to get to know each other, be comfortable in each others' energy, and is also a wonderful opportunity for you to check out all the beautiful products on offer. During the consultation we will go over your preferences and we can confirm all the details ahead of the day. You will also have a chance to decide which package you would like to go for, and we will secure your due date with a deposit by signing a digital agreement and placing a booking retainer.

A 50% retainer is due upon booking in order to secure your due date.
