She was also the first Asian to play Eponine in the musical Les Misérables on Broadway and returned to the beloved show as Fantine in the 2006 revival. Many fans of all ages recognize Lea as the singing voice of Princess Jasmine from Aladdin and Fa Mulan for Mulan and Mulan II. For her portrayal of the beloved princesses, the Walt Disney Company bestowed her with the honor of “Disney Legend.”

QUESTIONS What are La Mirada Theatre’s Covid-19 safety protocols?

We value the health and safety of our patrons, staff, crew and performers. Per State of California requirements for entry to the venue, all patrons—ADULTS AND CHILDREN— regardless of age must show proof of full COVID vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours (2 days) of your performance for PCR tests, and within 24 hours for antigen tests. Masks are required indoors at all times regardless of vaccination status. We will be communicating what the current protocols are to our patrons on our website and in emails and will update the information as the guidelines change.

What if a performance is cancelled?

If we cannot gather safely and a performance must be cancelled or postponed, you will be the first to know. We will communicate at that time about your options.
