alento IGT, takes its name from the noble and ancient descendants Patitari. A family that boasted illustrious men of letters and arms among its family members. Primitivo in purity aged in oak barrels. Intense ruby red, warm and aromatic scent, full flavor. It encloses all the Mediterranean nature of the territory; it is cultivated in the homonymous estate Patitari inside the Camping La Masseria. A sweet red but with character that is affected by the beneficial influence of the Ionian Sea.

Cod with potatoes
Ingredients: 1kg of cod, 700gr of potatoes, onion, tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, extra-virgin olive oil Cantina Coppola
L
eave the cod in cold water for 24 hours, often changing the water to desalinate it. Cut the potatoes into slices and place them in a baking pan adding the sliced onion, chopped tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper. Add the salt cod after cleaning and arrange everything with another layer of potatoes, onions, oil and breadcrumbs. Put in the oven already hot at 180° and let it cook until the potatoes are well browned.
THE FEAST OF SAN GIUSEPPE OF COPERTINO

Events > The events for the patronal feast of St. Joseph in Copertino start tonight. After the religious events, this evening, starting at 9 p.m., there will be an appointment at the Parco della Grottella with "Vecchio Frack", a tribute to Modugno with Beppe Servillo, Javier Girotto and the Lecce and Salento Symphony Orchestra. An evening of good music. The musical appointments continue every night until Friday and we will report them to you every day.
#Feast
t is one of the most eagerly awaited patronal feasts of the year and concerns a saint known throughout Italy and beyond. We are talking about Saint Joseph of Cupertino, also known as the saint of flights. The city of Copertino lives this feast in unison, preparing it in detail. This year, in spite of the limitations to fight the pandemic, the feast has not skipped the necessary precautions. From today until Friday 18th many musical appointments and not only, which will accompany the feast days and will give that sign of hope that is needed, with the desire for normality that, however, will still be a little late. Luminaries and music will be the protagonists, together with the flavours of the festival. We will report all the events in the next column.
