egroamaro Alezio Doc cultivated in the Li Cuti estate, in the countryside of Sannicola, owned by the Coppola family since 1489 and handed down from father to son. Li Cuti Rosso is a wine with an intense ruby red colour, a dry flavour and a vinous aroma. In 2013 and 2014 it was awarded a prize in the national competition "Douja d'Or" Asti in the category of DOC and DOCG wines. He was awarded by the Radici del Sud competition where he won the second prize in the Negroamaro category by the national jury and for two years at the Douja d'Or d'Asti.

Roasted Aubergines
Ingredients: 500 gr of aubergines, salt, garlic, vinegar, mint, extra-virgin olive oil Cantina Coppola After cleaning the eggplants, cut them into thin slices. Place them in a colander, sprinkle them with salt and put a weight on them so that they lose their bitterness. Prepare a sauce with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to wet the slices of eggplant before roasting them on the grill. As they are cooked, arrange the slices in layers in a bowl adding mint, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a few drops of vinegar and, if desired, a little garlic. A typical dish of the peasant tradition.

Events > The French Film Festival continues this evening in Lecce, a piece of France and the best of its cinema in Salento. After yesterday's opening night, more screenings at the former convent of the Teatini, in the heart of the historic centre (entrance via Regina Isabella). It starts at 7:30 pm with screenings of feature films and shorts throughout the evening. Admission is free with obligatory reservation on eventbrite.it, observing all the sanitary measures provided.

orre Pali is a small marina in Salve and has a sea that is second to no other place in Salento. It was born as a small fishing village although, in recent years, has become an important tourist destination. Every year, in fact, Torre Pali receives thousands of tourists, ready to swim in its crystal waters. The village owes its name to the tower that now houses it, due to coastal erosion, is about 15 meters from the mainland and is surrounded by the sea. Off the coast there is a small island, called "Isola della Fanciulla", a name due to the legend that concerns it and that we will tell you about soon. Another place that has made Salento famous in the world.
