Sinkhole on Eaglehead Drive Nearly two weeks ago we had a sinkhole open on Eaglehead Drive. This hole created dilemmas for the Association. Because of the nature of the culvert pipe crossing under Eaglehead, the Association wanted to rule out water main breaks, sewer line leaks or any other utility problems. On Friday, it was discovered that the problem lies with the culvert pipe. It will most likely need to be replaced. This is a monumental task given the pipe is buried approximately 30 feet down. It is also buried beneath, sewer lines, a major water main, electrical lines, and fiber optic lines as well as other utilities. The area around the pipe contains giant boulders, also creating quite a challenge. I will have an update later this week and should have a plan of direction for the Association. In the meantime, please bear with us for any inconveniences that this temporary roadway creates for you. Please remember that this is a temporary roadway and you should not try to circumvent this by going fast over the paved area to get around. Please be safe and take a few extra seconds to travel on the temporary roadway. Bob Kimble General Manager
