Apart from the essential skills of stock control and team leadership you will be responsible for delivery of a new menus and inspiring our team beyond 2023. You will have a flare for modern and contemporary cuisine and not scared to bring new flavours and culture to our established brand.
Using your menu design skills, you will bring excitement and freshness to our tavern bar menu to complement our environment and customers.
You will work closely with our restaurant and establishment manager to ensure that our brand and reputation are in line with your vision and to make sure we never forget what made us famous.

Workshop Assistant
We’re expanding and looking for a new member to join our epic team. This role is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with the possibility of different hours.
Ideally the applicant will have:
• Great attention to detail ensuring orders are done accurately and efficiently

• Confident in using computer software programs
• Excellent critical thinking, organisational and communication skills are encouraged
• Able to work independently following established guidelines, processes and procedures.

Daily tasks would include:
• Applying printed and vinyl transfers to clothing
• Quality control on embroidered and printed goods
• Completing necessary paperwork & working with embroidery software
• General cleaning

• Takes initiative and organizes effectively
