As our digital marketing advisor, it will be your job to drive our digital presence with the aim of generating awareness and incoming business for our Otago-wide real estate company.We’re looking for a writer, first and foremost. You should be able to write persuasively and compellingly, using language to sell our offering — without using salesy language!

Knowledge of content marketing and how it helps drive success in the real estate industry Exceptional writing skills with experience in creating copy to persuade and sell Confidence in curating and creating all content for a property-related SEO-driven blog Adeptness in WordPress, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and popular social media channels Ability to write persuasive profile marketing for our salespeople Ability to research and write about real estate in Otago for informative reports Awareness of social and digital media trends and the desire to stay one step ahead of competitors in this area Knowledge of the real estate industry advantageous

Management Accountant We are seeking a skilled and driven Management Accountant to join our team. Reporting to the Group General Manager, this is a key position in our organisation leading a team of finance/admin staff. In this role you will be responsible for a broad range of management and performance reporting, with a strong emphasis and involvement with the day to day operations of the business. We want you to lead improvement initiatives and provide key insight and advice with a hands on, logical approach. Ideally you will have 3+ years in a similar accounting role. Strong IT experience and experience with payroll will be beneficial. Flexibility with working hours will be required as business requirements dictate. Remuneration negotiable depending on your skills and experience.
