BRANDENBURG PARK - 50050 JEFFERSON, CHESTERFIELD, MI 48047 Basketball, volleyball, tennis, pier fishing, boating, playgrounds, pickleball courts and more ready for you to enjoy along the restored shoreline in this park. Cooling off in our Splash Pad is a popular option as well! Daily park entry fee is $5 per vehicle (in-season). Season passes are available at the gate once the park opens & at the Treasurer’s Office. There is no park entry fee during the months of October-April. Sorry, pets are not allowed in this park.

MUNICIPAL OFFICE COMPLEX & HISTORICAL VILLAGE - 47275 SUGARBUSH ROAD, CHESTERFIELD, MI 48047 Attractions include the Weller School House, Kolping Chapel, Veteran’s Memorial Wall and dedicated Howitzer Cannon. A play structure, four tee-ball fields, plenty of wildlife, and a pet-friendly walking path make this spot an attractive place to frequent for the entire family. This is the only dog-friendly public property in Chesterfield.

POLLARD PARK - 55550 NEW HAVEN ROAD, CHESTERFIELD, MI 48047 This stadium style park, on the border of Macomb and St. Clair Counties is an excellent location for sports of all kinds. 5 baseball and 4 soccer fields make this sports complex ideal for little league, travel, and tournament play of all levels and ages! This active park has a walking path, two small play structures, and a picnic gazebo. Pets are not allowed at Pollard Park.

SALT RIVER NATURE CENTER - END OF HOOKER ROAD This newly acquired parcel is a central part of the Salt River Intracoastal Marina District and located at the end of Hooker Road. Currently, the property remains in a natural state and contains a rich variety of wildlife with wetlands, upland wooded areas, and a walking path. It provides access to the Salt River and the Lake St. Clair Coastal Water Trail via canoe or kayak. Nature paths, boardwalks, a paddle trail, wildlife viewing areas and wildlife educational resources are anticipated in the future.

WEBBER PADDLE PARK - 49239 JEFFERSON, CHESTERFIELD, MI 48047 Accessible by foot, bike, vehicle, and kayak, Webber Paddle Park offers visitors the ability to travel the Salt River in a non-motorized vessel. The 3-acre parcel offers picnic areas, green space, water accessibility, and kayak launch. launch pad!) In 2021, there will be a ground launch area added to provide greater ease of use to all kayak and paddle board users. At this time, all users must bring or rent their own vessel. Currently, we are working on letting the newly planted grass grow, so please do not step in the seeded areas!

NEW BALTIMORE PARKS MAYNARD “RED” AURAND MEMORIAL PARK - 34900 HUNTLEY DR. AND 24 MILE RD.

Maynard “Red” Aurand Memorial Park is the largest active parks and recreation facility in the City of New Baltimore. This community park is located at the corner of Huntley Street and 24 Mile Road, and is a major parks and recreation destination. Maynard “Red” Aurand Memorial Park houses many parks and recreation services including: two baseball diamonds, basketball courts, green space, a covered pavilion, a skatepark, a sledding hill, a children’s playscape, and permanent bathroom facilities. The site also contains an exercise pathway that is utilized all year round. The covered pavilion is rentable, but rentals must be completed at the recreation center. This park is dog friendly for leashed dogs. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

RUEDISALE POINT PARK - 5040 RUEDISALE ST.

Ruedisale Point Park is a 6.9 acre community park site located in the southeast portion of New Baltimore. This shoreline neighborhood park is a “Dog Friendly” park. Dogs must be leashed and the owners must pick up after their pet. The park also offers a small playscape, picnic areas, and a portable restroom facilities during the summer months. *Parking is currently limited for this park*

FESTIVAL PARK - 35630 ST. CLAIR DR.

Festival Park is a 31 acre park that is being developed as a multi-sport complex for the Anchor Bay community. The park currently has 2 multi-sport fields that can host soccer, lacrosse, or football. Also on site is the Larry Gingas & Family Baseball / Softball Complex which has 4 youth baseball / softball fields and is the home of the New Baltimore Youth Baseball & Softball Leagues. There is also a 1 mile walking / running track that goes around the entire boundary of the park. Additional funding sources are being researched in order to improve the park infrastructure, as well as the park amenities for the visitors of the park.

WALTER AND MARY BURKE PARK (DOWNTOWN WATERFRONT PARK) - 36300 FRONT ST.

Walter & Mary Burke Park is a beautiful location to bring the family to get outdoors and enjoy the lakefront sunset.

The park offers different amenities such as: beach and swimming area, fishing docks, transient boat docks, 2 play structures, 2 bocce’ ball courts, non-motorized boat launch, and bathrooms. There are also two pavilions that are available for rental throughout the entire year. UNABLE to rent pavilions online, rentals are completed at the recreation center only.

IRA TOWNSHIP PARK - 7085 MELDRUM RD This 25-acre parcel adjacent to the municipal offices may be entered either from Short Cut Road or from the Ira Township municipal parking lot. The site includes Large and small pavilion, Toddler & child playscapes, Picnic tables, Grill, Picnic areas and a 9-hole Disc Golf Course. Hole 1 starts behind the township offices, ending near the basketball court. Parking is available in the south east end of the township parking lot. Grab some friends and family and come and enjoy the beautiful landscape throughout the trails. Within the park is the nature trail walking path, well maintained and attractively traversed by Swan Creek. The path is available year-round! Please remember to keep your pet on a leash and put all waste disposal in the trash cans provided under the pavilion.

Park Rules: No Motorized Vehicles No Alcoholic Beverages

WATER WORKS PARK - 8375 WATER WORKS DR. Located at the end of Waterworks Dr. There is a paved walkway, and handicap access. Park is accessible by foot or bike. Two handicapped spots are available. Limited parking!

This 25-acre parcel adjacent to the municipal offices may be entered either from Short Cut Road or from the Ira Township municipal parking lot. The Site includes: Large and Small Pavilion, Playscapes, Picnic tables, Grill and picnic areas, Nature Trails, Cornhole, Gaga Ball, Butterfly Memorial Garden, 9 hole Disc Golf Course. The nature trail walking path is well maintained and attractively traversed by Swan Creek. The path is available year round. There are several benches and options for residents to enjoy.

Please remember to keep your pet on a leash and use our new pet waste disposal products while in the park.

Water Works Park

Don't forget to enjoy our beautiful gazebo, walking path and view at Water Works Park. Located at the end of Waterworks Drive. There is a paved walkway, and handicap access. Park is accessible by foot or bike. Two handicapped spots are available. Limited parking!

Village of New Haven Community Park is the largest active parks and recreation facility in the Village of New Haven. This community park is located at off of Havenridge Rd, and is a major parks and recreation destination. The Community Park houses many parks and recreation services including: basketball courts, green space, a covered pavilion, swings, a children’s playscape, and permanent bathroom facilities. The site also contains an exercise pathway that is utilized all year round. The covered pavilion is rentable, but rentals must be completed at the Village of New Haven Hall.
