Meet Your Member Services Team

Today we spotlight Marlene Wareham from our Member Services Team. Marlene has lived in the community since 2014 and has been part of Member Services since 2016. In her spare time, Marlene also provides volunteer support for the Lake of the Woods Players and, along with her husband, is a supporting member of AARP. Prior to moving to the Lake, Marlene worked for several years at James Madison’s Montpelier Visitor Center and in Prince William County Schools as a para-professional in their ESL and Special Education programs. She enjoys working closer to home now and has made many great friends here.

Marlene Wareham Marlene enjoys working with everyone in the community and is happy to help Members who call or stop by. With the Annual Assessment period beginning soon (April 1), Marlene encourages everyone to review their documents and paperwork carefully in order to minimize their wait time. And while it will be quite busy in Member Services during Annual Assessment time, don’t let that discourage you. Marlene and the rest of the team will work to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.

Member Services personnel are available 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and 9 AM until 1 PM on Saturdays. However, Member Services is currently closed to walk-in traffic, as a precaution against the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Happy Tails Dog Park Improvements

Happy Tails members enjoy spending time at the dog park.

The LOW Happy Tails Dog Park, located off Lakeview Parkway behind the small marina mail station, opened June 1, 2018. This large, off-leash, fenced facility offers separate fenced areas for both small (under 25 pounds) and large (over 25 pounds) dogs, and is open seven days a week from sunrise to sunset.

Only dog owners who are members of the Happy Tails Dog Club are eligible to take their registered dogs here.

Annual Happy Tails Club registration fees are as follows: May 1 through October 31

$50 for one dog/$75 for two or more dogs November 1 through April 30 prorated club fee

$25 for one dog/$38 for two or more dogs

The Annual Assessment renewal period begins April 1 and will be conducted by mail-in, phone-in, or drop-off only. Walk-in service will not be available. President’s Message

I hope that you are all well and taking precautions against possible infection by the COVID-19 virus or any illness. Your Association is doing its best to keep up with rapidly evolving news and restrictions regarding COVID-19. There are daily briefings by government officials, both Federal and State. Their recommendations are considered and, where applicable, implemented. We have closed most of our facilities to daily foot traffic, implemented expanded take-out service from the Clubhouse Restaurant and Fareways, implemented delivery of meals by volunteer staff to residents and other actions (see the March 20, noon update on the LOWA website for detailed information). We will continue to authorize and implement appropriate cautionary measures according to those guidelines publicized by the Federal and State governments. Under the current trying circumstances, to come together we must stay apart. If you must go out, then please do so safely for your sake and those of your family, friends, and neighbors. Call to Order 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion by H. Brown, passed unanimously, to enter into Executive Session at 1:15 p.m. for the purpose of discussing matters involving violations of the Declaration of Restrictions and Regulations for which a member, his family members, tenants, guests or other invitees are responsible, and to discuss personnel matters.

Motion by Forrest, passed unanimously, to exit Executive Session at 1:58 p. m.

3. REPORTS 3.1 Reports of Officers A. The Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary had no report.

President Wilks asked the General Manager to address the steps taken so far to limit the risks to our residents of exposure to Coronavirus. GM Phil Rodenberg reviewed all changes being proposed to operating hours at our amenities, administrative business hours and practices, crowd control and sanitation recommendations, which were prepared by LOWA staff following actions recommended by the Heath Department and CDC. The Board requested the GM to develop a plan for home delivery of food ordered from the Clubhouse and get back to them by next Wednesday.

Motion by Zukowski, passed unanimously, to close the Fitness Center until April 4, 2020, at which time the Board will re-evaluate the need to continue closure or re-open the facility.

Please be advised that Member Services will be closed to walk-in traffic.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the Member Services desk does not allow for appropriate social distancing.

Even with the COVID-19 pandemic, one thing is true: Nobody can cancel spring! I hope in these days when our amenities are limited that you are soaking up the warm sunshine and finding ways to enjoy being home, including gardening, bird watching, fishing and other more solitary activities.

We ask that you consider voluntarily limiting the number of guests you invite into the community to keep us all safe, including our Security officers at the Front Gate. We also ask that you limit gatherings at parks and beaches to no more than 10 persons and keep the six-foot social distancing.

Now is a good time for you to discover our amazing walking trails near the Clubhouse Complex and Front Pond. Consider a walk to watch the trees leaf out and observe the small creatures that inhabit the woodlands. This is also a terrific time to get out on the lake on anything from a canoe to a pontoon boat.

Please remember to get your new boat decal on your watercraft by May 1.

Please support your restaurant amenities, both Clubhouse and Fareways, by calling in an order for takeout or delivery. Home delivery has been requested by members in the past and is a brand new venture for us. We are working hard to keep our operations clean, safe and sanitary. Please know that you have access to our delicious Clubhouse and Fareways food and beverages within 10 minutes’ drive of your home!

Even during these times of limited access, LOWA is here for you. Please give us a call if we can assist you in understanding your assessment payment options or help you with any other administrative activities, such as boat decals, barcodes and member ID cards. Call us at 540-972-2237.

Weekenders – We Need Your Voice and Your Vote

During a recent conversation, I encountered a woman who has owned a house in the Lake for 18 years. She and her husband recently moved here full time. She told me that after moving here, she realized how important it is to vote on the issues of our community. Their thought before had been to let those who live here full time make the decisions. She now realizes how important it is for everyone to let their voice be heard.

We are trying to complete our current referendum by June 3. We really need your votes to get to our goal of 2,600 total ballots. This will give us a true read of the wishes of our community on these two important amendments to our covenants.

Here are the two proposed changes: 1. A new right of appeal to the Board on an ECC decision. (you currently do not have that right) This could be important should you wish to make changes to your home.

The Board of Directors, at its March 18 meeting, approved amendments to Regulation X.A.7.b, Use of Lakes, Regarding Lowering the Sunset to 7 AM Speed Limit on the lake from 15 mph to 10 mph.

What is the effect? The speed limit on the main lake will be 10 miles per hour from sunset until 7 AM in the wake zone.

The proposed amendments to the regulations are highlighted in bold and reads as follows: X.

USE OF THE LAKES

Sections A1. – A6. remain the same.

2. Allow the Association to hold members accountable for violations of Rules and Regulations and our Covenants via charge. (we used to apply such charges and members were quick to clean up their properties to avoid having to pay them. Then the Virginia Supreme Court ruled that these charges must be written into our Covenants, thus the referendum)

a.

A person shall not operate a watercraft so as to exceed a reasonable speed under the circumstances and traffic conditions existing at the time.

The maximum allowable speed in the Wake Zone shall be thirty-six (36) mph.

Operators of watercraft in USA Water Ski sanctioned practices, competitions, or exhibitions are exempt from this section of this regulation. The maximum allowable speed on the Small Lake shall be five (5) mph.

I encourage you to vote “yes” on both of these amendments. But, either yes or no, please vote!

From sunset to 7:00 a.m. the maximum allowable speed in the Wake Zone of the Lake shall be ten (10) mph.

Watercraft are prohibited from operating at greater than No Wake Speed when in coves or within one hundred (100) feet of the shoreline, beaches, piers, boat ramps, or people in the water. This restriction does not prohibit the pulling of a skier with a rope of less than one hundred (100) feet.

When an operator’s vision is obscured by fog, heavy rain, or other conditions, the watercraft shall be operated at reduced speed such that the watercraft can be stopped, if necessary, within one-half the distance the operator is able to see ahead. In addition, motorized watercraft shall sound the required signal, one blast of four to six seconds every two minutes. Sail watercrafts shall sound a signal of one blast of four to six seconds plus two one-second blasts every two minutes.

The Board of Directors is seeking member comment regarding proposed amendments Regulation X.C.1.c, Use of Lakes, Regarding Ski Flags.

Members who wish to provide comment or feedback should email the Board at Board@LOWA.org by 5 PM, Friday, April 10.

What is proposed? Why? The original intent of this amendment was to correct a technical problem with when the ski flag is used, but there are additional related issues, including High Traffic Times, that have been addressed along the way.

Who proposed it? The proposed regulation change was recommended by the Lakes Committee and then reviewed by the Safety & Security and Rules Committees. The Board, General Manager, Security and other LOWA Management offered additional feedback which incorporated some member suggestions.

What is the effect? The revision clarifies use of a ski flag at times other than High Traffic Times when a skier or a tuber has fallen or is preparing to ski or tube.

The proposed amendments to the regulations are highlighted in bold and reads as follows: USE OF THE LAKES

C. WATER SPORTS ACTIVITIES. 1. WATER SKIING/TUBING. a. Skiers or other towed persons shall NOT be permitted to take off from or land on any beach or pier. b. During High Traffic times (see A. 5.c.) no person shall operate a towing watercraft to pull any person(s) on water skis, tube(s) or similar devices unless there is in/on the watercraft (in addition to the operator) a person actually observing the progress of the person(s) being towed. This observer must be at least 12 years of age. In the case of PWCs, the observer must be seated backward. At other times towing is permitted without an observer if the watercraft is equipped with a rear-view mirror.

c. Ski flag. All watercraft operations involving skiers or tubers on a towable device shall have a ski flag readily available. This flag shall be a red or orange flag measuring no less than 12 inches on each side in the shape of a square or rectangle secured to a pole or shaft at least two feet long.

(1) The ski flag shall be mounted or displayed in such a manner as to be visible from every direction when: (a) A skier or tuber is down or a rider has fallen or (b) A skier or tuber is in the water and preparing to ski or tube.

(2) The ski flag shall not be displayed at any other time.

(3) The use of this flag will not be construed as conferring any rights or privileges on its users. Operators of watercraft in the vicinity will, however, exercise precaution commensurate with conditions indicated. d. All watercraft operators who tow skiers and floatable devices shall know and ensure their spotters and skiers/riders understand and use a set of hand signals to communicate between the watercraft and the skiers. Passengers shall remain seated when a watercraft is towing a skier or people on other devices. e. Skiing and towed activities at greater than No Wake Speed shall be prohibited within one hundred (100) feet of shorelines or in areas marked with “No Wake” buoys and will be confined to the area of the wake zone. f. At High Traffic Times when two or more skiers/tubers are being towed by one watercraft and one of the skiers fall, the other skier(s) shall drop his or her towline immediately. g. All persons being towed by watercraft shall wear a U.S. Coast Guardapproved (Type I, II or III) flotation device or a Type V flotation device designed for the activity such as a ski vest. Inflatable vests shall not be used for skiing or tubing. The use of flotation belts alone shall only be permitted when using “trick skis” while an observer is in the watercraft and it is traveling less than nineteen (19) mph. “Trick and Jump skis” are considered as skis less than forty-four (44) inches in length with no fin. h. When any skier or tuber falls, the operator shall immediately go to No Wake Speed and turn around on as small a radius as possible to return to the downed skier or tuber. The operator must attempt to follow the original heading on the return to the fallen skier or tuber while not entering the path of other watercraft in the immediate area. The towing watercraft shall display the skier-down flag. The use of this flag will not be construed as conferring any rights or privileges on its users. Operators of watercraft in the vicinity will, however, exercise precaution commensurate with conditions indicated. Fallen skiers or tubers shall, as soon as possible, raise and hold one arm in the air to signal their location. i. No person(s) shall use the Water Ski Jump at LOW unless that person is a member of the LOW Ski Club or under that organization’s instruction and is wearing a helmet approved by USA Water Ski. Only one watercraft shall use the Slalom Course at any one time. Only jump skis and trick skis shall be used over the jump.

by William Lukaczyk, External Affairs Committee Our current virus crisis will be putting a huge load on our Internet. Hundreds of schools have already canceled in-person classes, the Federal Government is telling its employees and contractors to stay home, and doctors do not want us to go immediately in to see them. If everyone that normally leaves home for a job, school or medical appointment stays home, they will probably be on the Internet to get it done.

Cable TV based Internet at LOW has 10 to 20 times slower upload speed than download speed. We share a common pathway with our neighbors trying to do the same things. When teachers try to see your kids studying, or your home’s main income earner is in a teleconference, or the doctor is trying to look at video of your face, or hear your breathing, upload speed is extremely important.

To present a PowerPoint from home with a bit of flashy graphics, you need 8 Mbps upload speed. If the webcam is on and the teacher, boss or doctor can see the student / worker / patient, you need 2Mbps up in low res. Audio connection only needs .04 Mbps, BUT it must have very short ping time. If you have two students at home that are tele-classrooming, that doubles the upload need.

Looking at a video in a “go-to-meeting” and facial images of your other workers’ or a teacher requires 20 to 40 Mbps download speed. Competing for that connection will be mom or dad streaming their daytime TV shows at the same time! Add to that logjam about 200 other homes in your section trying to do the same.

Most homes now could have 2 to 4 persons each inside, trying to carry on a social distancing life via our old Internet. Major slowdowns will happen.

Fiber optic cable to the home, with up to 40 times the speed and as fast an upload speed as download speed, is the solution to this grid lock.

LGA News

Our LGA Spring Luncheon is scheduled for next Friday, April 3. As I write this article, many events are being postponed or canceled due to precautions taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. I hope things have settled down and the luncheon takes place as planned. You will be notified if there is a change.

Hopefully, our Opening Day Scramble will happen on Tuesday, April 7.

Look for the sign-up sheet in the ladies’ lounge at the Woods Center. The weather has been so nice and warm lately. Let’s hope that trend continues.

Our season will pick up steam in May with the annual Spring Tournament.

This is an individual stroke play tournament that is scheduled for three Tuesdays: May 12, 19, and 26. The tournament is flighted, and ladies compete with others in their flight. Winners will be chosen based on their best two scores of the three. If you aren’t available to play all three days, you can still compete with the other two scores. There will also be a regular Tuesday game each week. Tournament participants must sign up to play each week as usual.

As in previous years, the LGA will collect non-perishable food items on the first Tuesday of every month for the Wilderness Food Bank. Dottie Lohr will collect and deliver the items. Look for her car with the trunk open in the parking lot to receive your donations. Monetary donations are also accepted.

If you have sweeps money on the books, you have until April 30 to spend your money at the pro shop.

The LOW Arts group is growing with each meeting and all LOW artists and art lovers are cordially invited to join us. Our April 1 meeting has been canceled. Please check our website at www.lakeofthewoodsarts.com for updates on future meetings.

LOW Lions/Lionesses Selven Powell Golf Tournament

At our March 7 meeting of the Susannah Chandler Chapter, we welcomed speaker Mike Futrell, from Meadows Farm Nurseries, who presented a wonderful program on planting pollinator gardens, just in time for spring!

Of course, the following week was filled with cancellations of many DAR events, including the Annual Virginia DAR State Conference in Richmond. Among other events canceled is the Vietnam Veterans Day Ceremony that was to be held at Culpeper National Cemetery on March 27.

Due to the current situation, we have rescheduled the Genealogy Study Group from March 21 to Saturday, April 25, 1 PM at the Community Center. This is open to the public, so anyone interested may Photo provided come! Our program on Mike Futrell Civil War genealogy of Meadows Farm Nurseries has been moved to this meeting as well.

Our regular April DAR meeting will now be held Saturday, April 18, at the Community Center, and fortunately, our scheduled speaker will be able to change to this date as well! Appropriately, it will be on the Battles of Lexington and Concord, which were fought on April 19, 1775, beginning the American Revolutionary War, 245 years ago.

This year’s LOW Lions/Lionesses Selven Powell Memorial Golf Tournament will be held at the Golf Course at 1 PM on Friday, May 15. This year we will dedicate the proceeds to helping our neighbors through the Wilderness Food Pantry, and to providing scholarships to Orange County students to honor educator and past president Selven Powell. The Lions and Lioness Clubs jointly maintain and operate the Wilderness Food Pantry to provide necessities for low income residents. Through both food and monetary donations from local grocery stores, business and individuals, food donated and purchased from the Fredericksburg Food Bank is distributed to Orange County residents. In 2019, the Lions Wilderness Food Pantry served approximately 250 households (about 600 individuals) each month. More than 70 community volunteers distributed over 60 tons (120,000 pounds) of free food to qualified persons in need. The Wilderness Food Pantry operates entirely on food donations and financial support provided by generous businesses and individuals in the community. It costs about $3,000 a month to provide food on this scale to the neediest in our community.

Both the Lions and Lioness Clubs provide annual scholarship grants to Orange County High School and Germanna Community College students. These scholarship programs exceed $20,000 annually and provide opportunities for our next generation of leaders to fulfill their academic and career training goals.

We have talked to a lot of people that we have met, from our first words as a toddler to the age we are now. Advice given, information shared, ideas swapped and endless conversations. Knowledge Club provides information from people who are well versed in their topic and spend hours learning the right information that will help you make the right decisions for your needs. Monthly, our speakers are passionate about helping others to ensure they are receiving the right information so you can spend less time researching and getting advice that may not apply to your situation.

Square Dance Club Student Graduation

We had a wonderful class of square dance students this year! On Wednesday evenings from September through March, Professional Caller Gene Chamberlain expertly instructed the new square dancers. The students learned all the basic, mainstream and plus calls associated with Modern Western Square Dancing. A cadre of LOW Square Dance Club members, known as “Angels,” regularly attended the lessons to support the students and to hone their own dancing skills.

On Wednesday evening, March 11, we held a graduation for this year’s class. The students passed their short examination with flying colors.

Remarks were made by several of the club officers, club members and the instructor. The degrees were conferred, and the students were officially welcomed into the LOW Square Dance Club! Many of the club members came to the dance held before the ceremony and they joined in the congratulatory event. We all enjoyed cake, ice cream, coffee and tea to celebrate the students’ accomplishments.

You can join in the fun of square dancing with our club. Experienced dancers (plus level) can join the club at any time. In September, the LOW Square Dance Club will again offer beginning square dance lessons that would eventually lead to club membership. Be on the lookout for information in Lake Currents about demonstration dances we’ll hold in August and the lessons that will begin in the fall. The LOW Square Dance Club holds dances on the second, fourth, and fifth Friday evenings of every month at the LOW Community Center. March 18 Board Minutes from p. 3

since last August. A recommendation was made to the Board to post temporary signs at all mail stations for a few weeks in the fall to encourage members to remove leaves from their ditches and take them to the 9.9 leaf drop area. During the budget process, the Committee advocated for budgeted funds to continue repair/replacement of ditches and culverts. The M& E Charter was reviewed and updated, and recommended changes will be submitted to the Board for their approval.

Motion by H. Brown, that the Board waive the $25 credit card payment fee associated with members paying the annual assessment via credit card.

Vote: Yea: H. Brown, Forrest and Clawson. Nay: Zukowski, P. Brown and Wilks. Motion failed 3 to 3.

RECESS: President Wilks declared a short recess at 3:45 p.m., and brought the meeting back into Open Session at 3:52 p.m. Director H. Brown was not present for the remainder of the meeting.

4. PRESENTATION Short-Term Rental Survey Results GM Phil Rodenberg reviewed the summary of results from the recent survey of members on Short-Term Rentals. Briefly, 560 members responded to the survey, and 64% felt that short-term rentals detracted from our community in some way, although responses seemed to reflect members’ opinions regarding rentals in general, not just short-term rentals. A full summary of the study results was published in the March 13 issue of Lake Currents. Management will continue to study the issue of registering shortterm rental properties by contacting rental owners and take further steps as new information is gathered.

Term-End Date

Motion by Wilks, passed unanimously, to amend the motion to add Judy Cramer as a Voting member of the Rules Committee, term to expire March 18, 2023. Vote on the original motion as amended passed unanimously.

D. Referendum Update Secretary P. Brown reported that 2028 Referendum ballots have been received, 1346 electronic returns and 682 paper ballots. The Elections Committee and staff are continuing efforts to get more members to vote.

3.3 Committee Liaison Reports: A. Lakes Committee Resolution Regarding Marina Parking Lot Boat Maintenance.

The Lakes Committee submitted a recommendation to the Board to establish an Ad Hoc Committee to study the ongoing maintenance of watercraft on Association property.

There was no discussion today, but the Board continues to study the issues involved.

B. Maintenance and Ecology Committee Motion Regarding Use of Temporary Signs to Encourage Leaf Removal; and Amendments to Maintenance and Ecology Committee Charter. (See 3.4 B.: M&E Committee Report) 3.4 Committee Reports A. Communications Committee Chair Linda Bowyer reviewed the work of the Committee this past year in support of the Communications staff. Implementation of one goal, to host a Committee Fair to encourage member participation in LOWA Advisory Committees, has been postponed to the fall due to the increased risk of exposure presented by the viral pandemic. Outreach to local businesses and the Chamber of Commerce is ongoing in an effort to increase ad income.

Articles in Lake Currents and video on the LOWA website were employed to promote member usage of online resources like the new TEKControl visitor entry system. Increasing use of VoteNow was handled by the Elections Committee. There are 3,130 subscribers to our E-mail notices, which represents just under 75% of all lots.

7. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Mid-year Update on 2019-20 Board Goals.

General Manager Phil Rodenberg reviewed the progress and current status of the eight 2019-20 Board Goals, updated as of March 11, 2020. Significant progress has been made toward completing each goal. Some goals are on track for completion by the end of the Board year, while others represent an intermediary stage of longer-term projects and/or have yet to be fully funded.

7.2 Discussion of Golf Business Plan.

Assistant General Manager Chester Guzek reviewed the major goals of the Golf Business Plan which was accepted by the Golf Committee on February 24, 2020. The over-arching goal is to increase golf revenues to decrease members’ annual subsidy of this amenity. Strategies are focused on initiatives to increase member and outside guest play, increase the number of playable days during winter months, maintain high quality fairway and course conditions, and increase marketing efforts via multiple media outlets. The Plan will be put on a later agenda for the Board to vote on implementing it.

by Lee Frame, District 5 Supervisor On March 16, I attended a briefing on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) provided by representatives from Rappahannock-Rapidan Health District (RRHD). There were representatives from county staff, the county school system, the sheriff’s office, Dogwood Village and the Lake of the Woods Association. The brief was very informative and there were good explanations and questions. This was about two weeks ago, when I wrote this article. With the dynamic nature of this pandemic, any specific information that I might provide in this article is bound to be overcome by evolving events. At that time there was no indication of mass testing, but that could have changed by the time you read this. If mass testing is implemented, the county is capable of handling this. My recommendation is to follow credible sources of information such as websites for the RRHD (www.rrhd.org), Virginia Department of Health (www.vdh,virginia.gov/coronavirus) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (www.cd..gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV).

At our last meeting, we held a public hearing on creating an Orange County Fire and EMS Tax District followed by Supervisor approval. Over the last few years, Fire & EMS has become a more significant segment of the county budget and to provide more transparency in budgeting and taxes, the tax district was established. Fire and EMS represents about 12-13 percent of the budget and a tax rate of $0.11 per $100 of assessed value will be established. The regular real estate tax rate will be reduced by this amount and revenue from the Fire & EMS tax can only be spent on Fire & EMS expenses including expenses in support of volunteer Fire and EMS agencies.

At that meeting, the Supervisors also authorized the regular real estate tax rate and the Fire & EMS tax rate notice for the Public Hearing. There was a 13 percent increase in assessed value of real property in the county.

Since increased assessed value cannot be used to increase tax revenue, the real estate tax rate should be reduced from $0.804/$100 assessed value to $0.72/$100 assessed value. Although the Fire & EMS rate of $0.11 per $100 of assessed value is known at this time, the regular real estate tax rate is still not determined, since the funds to be received from the state are not yet established. The regular rate is being advertised at $0.69 per $100 of assessed value, a rate higher than expected since the final rate cannot be higher than that announced but can be less when finally approved. A public hearing on the actual increase will be held at 7 PM on Tuesday April 21, in the meeting room at the Gordon Building in the Town of Orange.

In an effort to work toward creating a master plan for the Woods Center Complex, President Wilks provided a first draft for a proposed Ad Hoc Committee Charter. He requested Board members review the draft for any changes they might suggest prior to it being considered for a vote at the next Board meeting. Further discussion will take place at the next Board meeting to approve the Charter and assign a potential chair for the new Committee.

While this committee can meet and make recommendations, no capital work can start until funds are available, which could be 2-4 years out.

7.5 Consideration of Publishing in Lake Currents for Member Comment the Proposed Amendments to Regulation III: Registered Tenants, Regarding Tenant Check-Out Form and Tenant Fee Refund. (Removed from Agenda prior to the meeting.)

7.6 Consideration of Entering Lots for Maintenance. (D-20-35) Motion by Forrest, passed unanimously, that the Board approve entry to the lot in Case #20-0318-01 and #20-0318-02 on or after March 25, 2020 to perform maintenance as stipulated in the ECC Chair’s letters to the individual lot owner, and that the property be billed for the cost related to such work in accordance with Paragraph 14 of the Restrictive Covenants.

President Wilks removed the question on Case #20-0307-01 from the table and declared the case has been dismissed due to full compliance by the lot owner.
