Can we bring our own food and alcohol?

No, all food and beverages, including alcohol, must be purchased and served through Lakehouse Resort. A corkage fee of $25 per bottle applies to wine brought in. Exceptions may be made for religious accommodation.

What is required to secure my event date?

A signed contract and a deposit of 25% of the total amount are needed to secure your event date.

Can I purchase additional event time?

Yes, extra event time can be added for $500 per hour, subject to space availability.

What is the payment schedule for my event?

Payments are required in installments:

• 25% deposit at booking

• Additional 25% due 6 months prior to the event

• Another 25% due 3 months prior to the event

• Final payment is due 72 hours prior to the event

When do I need to finalize details and guest counts?

All final details, including guest counts, seating charts, meal selections, dietary restrictions, and more, must be submitted 14 days before the event.

Is there a food and beverage minimum?

Yes, all spaces require a food and beverage minimum. This allows flexibility in deciding guest counts and menu selections during the planning process.

Do you offer discounts for military personnel?

Yes, active military members receive a 10% discount on the per-person package price (alcohol excluded).

Yes, all consumable items, including alcoholic beverages, count toward the food and beverage minimum.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

Yes, all food and beverage prices are subject to:

• 24% service charge (which may change without notice)

• 7.75% state tax (including on the service charge)

A portion of the service charge is allocated as gratuity for staff, while the rest covers business costs. Additional gratuity is optional but always appreciated by the staff.
