Academic readiness

Do multipilcation, division, and fractions have your brain tied up in knots? This is the camp that will help you untangle the mess to make sense of these and other related concepts. Through games, puzzles, creative activities, and teamwork, campers will grow itheir confidence and fluency as they master these skills that are so essential for the middle school transition into algebraic thinking.

Discover the fun of math through a discovery-guided environment. Making your own connections and patterns is essential to foundational learning. Campers will play targeted games and activities that will allow for number talks, logic and reasoning, and a further understanding of base ten concepts that will strengthen operational thinking and create a stronger confidence in the classroom. Come join us for building, bundling, sorting, and collaboration. Multiple levels/strategies will be set up for students of different ages and abilities, so come learn how fun math can be!
