Cancellation Policies

We recognize that sometimes summer plans change unexpectedly. However, because the school must purchase materials and incur other expenses in preparation for these camps, any student who withdraws from Summer at Lakehill after the registration deadline may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee (equal to forfeiture of the deposit). Refunds (minus the cancellation fee) will be available within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

In the event of inclement weather or other factors beyond our control, a camp may be canceled on a given day. If camps are canceled more than one day during a Summer at Lakehill week, prorated refunds for the camp days missed will be issued. There will be no prorated registration fees or refunds given when a camper is absent for other reasons.

In the event that a camp must be canceled due to insufficient enrollment, placement in another camp will be offered or, if requested, the complete registration fee will be promptly refunded.
