Thehousewasmorebeautifulthanexpected,andthelocationwasideal.Monica,theownerofthehome,madecheck-ineasy.Shewasvery responsivetoquestionsalso.Oneofthebestthingswasthateverythingwaslabeledinthekitchen.Thehouseisonaroadthatloopswhich madeaperfectspottowalkthedog.WeREALLYappreciatedbeingabletotakeourpup....Thekayakswereafunadditionaswastheability tohaveapontoonboatwaitingforusfortheweek.MyhusbandandIareintheprocessofmovingandthiswastheidealmostrelaxing getawayfromthepacking.Thehouseisbeautifulandclean.Thefurniturewasverycomfortable.Theviewswerestunning.Largewindows,but alsoblack-outcurtainssowecouldsleepin.Thebedsweresupercomfy.Thetelevisionwashugesoitfeltlikewewereatthemoviesinthe evening.Thekitchenhadeverythingweneeded.Themasterbathisluxurious,biggerthanourbedroomathome.Andthesheets,cotton percalewithkayaksonthem.Socrispandsuchalovelydetail.(Lately,whenwevacation,we'verunacrossAmazonbasic100%polyester sheets.Whowantstosleepinpolyester?)KudostoMonicaforbeingagreathostess.Thiswasoneofmyfavoritevacations.I'llbeback.Also, whenwe'dgoforwalks,theneighborswereallveryfriendly.LakeGastonisglitteringandfuntoexplore.Whenweweren'toutside,wespenta lotoftimeatthelargebeautifuldiningroomtable.
