1. For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms “you” and “your” shall mean the business or company identified above; the terms “we,” “our,” “us,” and “team” shall mean Visit Lake Charles as well as, and including, employees, board of directors, members and agents; the events are scheduled to occur October 10, 2025 and April 2026; the terms “venue”, or “course” shall mean Mallard Golf Club, Lake Charles, Louisiana.
2. Our obligation to place your logo on any team advertising, website, t-shirts, banners or any other promotional material is contingent on your ability to timely provide us with proper digital files containing appropriate copies or images of your logo. We recommend you provide your logo to us in the following format(s): PNG, EPS, or AI with 300 dpi resolution. We will also accept TIFF and JPG file formats. We will not design, format or re-format your logo for purposes of team advertising. Insofar as you have provided us with proper digital copies of your logo, we will place a color logo on the website; logos on printed materials, including t-shirts and banners, will be printed in either black or white ink at our discretion.
3. By executing this Agreement, you acknowledge that your sponsorship, upon receipt, will be put towards the costs and expenses of planning, organizing, promoting and conducting the event. Accordingly, sponsorships are non-refundable.
4. Further, you agree and understand that if we are unable to process your payment for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, returned check), this Agreement shall become null and void and you agree to reimburse us for all reasonable and expected costs and expenses incurred by us in attempting to process your payment.
5. All correspondence about the team, including changes relating to this Agreement and information regarding the times and/or location of the team home games as well as your participation at games, will be emailed to you at the address you provided or communicated to you by phone at the phone number you provided as well as posted on all Visit Lake Charles social media pages and on our website at www.visitlakecharles.org.
6. All contributions are tax-deductible. Please keep a copy of this Agreement for your records.
Acknowledgement of Terms
You hereby warrant and confirm that the information provided is, to the best of your knowledge, true and correct. You further certify that you have read this entire document and accept the terms and conditions contained herein. I, _____________________________________________ , AM AUTHORIZED TO ENTER AND EXECUTE THIS CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF ____________________________________________(the “Company”) AS ITS ________________________________________ AND HEREBY BIND THE COMPANY TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZE THE PAYMENT, AS SHOWN ABOVE, TO BE PROCESSED BY VISIT LAKE CHARLES.
