Local food banks address year-round ‘invisible’ need BY ELIZABETH MARIE HIMCHAK As a majority of locals gather around their dining room tables to eat a plentiful Thanksgiving dinner, others in Rancho Bernardo, Poway and neighboring communities will have little to eat. To change that, area groups hold food drives throughout the holidays.
