Regarding another safety issue, RB Recreation Council President Sally Grigoriev said the recreation council has been working to prevent a proposed increase in the speed limit on West Bernardo Drive, the roadway that forms the eastern border of RB Community Park. Kaufman said the community council also plans to address public safety issues and emergency situations by again offering a free, community-wide safety fair due to its success last fall, and helping residents know what to do during a medical crisis by again providing free CPR and AED training. Users of the city-owned 40-acre Rancho Bernardo Community Park
