Location: Center of the city Uberlândia, Minas gerais Brasil The program in question was developed in 8 floors (ground floor + 7 pav.). It is designed to maintain an open area comfortable and welcoming inside and outside. While designing, were taken into account the needs of the users, attending the standards of construction, functionality and aesthetics in force. The project has 118 apartments distributed in 4 types, providing about 300 habitants. Housing density of 0.02 / m² and population density of 0.06 inhabitants per m².
