Lagom Lifestyle Ltd are residential property developers but not in the traditional sense. We are not driven by economics as a first principle. Instead, our passions compel us to create beautiful homes that have impressive environmental credentials. Our new build projects are designed using ultra-low-energy principles and built using a fabric-first approach to thermal performance and embodied energy usage. Our work is inspired by natural elements that all people respond to –– natural light, texture and colour, natural materials, and the relationship between space and light. It’s our goal to create happier, more sustainable places to live by adhering to uncompromising design principles.
