AUTUMN TERM 2025

EXTRA-CURRICULAR CLUBS

Welcome to LEH Junior School

Extra-Curricular Clubs

This booklet provides details of the extra-curricular clubs available to pupils for the Autumn term 2025.

Extra-curricular opportunities are a wonderful way to socialise with current friends and make new ones. It is also a chance to develop knowledge and skills in areas both familiar and new. Please encourage your daughter to make the most of what we have on offer.

Clubs available:

FREE CLUBS: (please book through SOCS)

• Before school and Breaktime clubs

• Lunchtime clubs

• Afterschool clubs

PAID CLUBS: (Most paid clubs to be booked through the club provider)

BOOKINGS

The Clubs Fair on Friday 5th September provides an opportunity for all pupils to find out more about the clubs on offer this term. The SOCS booking system for the Autumn Term clubs is open from 10:00 am Saturday 6th September until 6:00 pm on Monday 8th September.

If you have been successful in booking a place online, you can assume your daughter will be attending that club from the week beginning Monday 15th September. Please note that once a club becomes full, you may register your interest on the waiting list booking option.

Please may we ask that our Form 1 pupils select up to a maximum of three lunchtime clubs and two after school clubs for this first term. Crucially this will allow Form 1 pupils to attend some clubs and have at least two days a week to play outside and develop friendships in the playground, helping them to settle well into their new school environment. This first, longer term (with longer journeys to school for some), is often tiring and we encourage pupils to maintain a careful balance of activities and play.

Please note that all Junior School pupils will not be able to attend more than one club on any given lunchtime as they will also need time to eat their lunch.
