About Meenakshi Arora: A Senior Advocate in the Hon’ble Supreme Court – only the fifth woman to be designated so. She was on the drafting committee for The Gender Sensitisation & Sexual Harassment of Women at the Supreme Court of India, Regulations, 2013. She was also the standing counsel for the Election Commission of India.
About Vibha Datta Makhija: A Senior Advocate in the Hon’ble Supreme Court – she was among the first few women to break the glass ceiling and be designated so. She began her litigation career working with the lawyer-politician, the Late Arun Jaitley. With 3 decades of experience, she has been appointed Amicus Curiae by the Supreme Court in many significant cases involving crucial judicial reforms.
About Malvika Trivedi: A Senior Advocate in the Hon’ble Supreme Court and High Court of Delhi she has a career spanning more than two decades and a robust practice in constitutional, commercial and criminal litigation. She has argued the constitutional validity of the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019, representing the interests of the indigenous people of Assam. She was also one of the key counsels arguing for TV anchor and reporter Arnab Goswami and his fundamental right to speech and expression.
