Josep Soler Soler (Barcelona, 1935) descubrió

Ibiza a principios de los años 70 de la mano de la Agrupació Fotogràfica de Catalunya. El flechazo fue instantáneo. Regresó muchas veces más y con su moto recorrió todos los rincones de la isla. El contraste entre hippies y payeses le fascinó. Y también la infancia, libre y salvaje, de aquella isla todavía virgen. Las Dalias reproduce aquí dos de las fotografías que tomó en Ibiza en los años 70 y que forman parte de la generosa donación que ha hecho a la isla, a través del Arxiu d’Imatge i So del Consell Insular d’Eivissa

Josep Soler Soler (Barcelona, 1935) discovered Ibiza in the early 1970s as a member of the Agrupació Fotogràfica de Catalunya and instantly fell in love. He returned many times and travelled around the island on his motorbike. He was fascinated by the contrast between the hippies and the peasants. And also by the wild and free childhood of what was still a pristine island. Here, Las Dalias presents a number of the photos he took in Ibiza in the 1970s, which form part of his generous donation to the island through the Arxiu d’Imatge i So del Consell Insular d’Eivissa (the Ibiza Island Council’s Image and Sound Archive).
