A lot of people’s musculoskeletal problems can be attributed to the fact that they sit down for 16+ hours a day – they are ‘desk’ jockeys. If you have a job that requires you to sit down at work, you probably sit all day, and then come home and sit some more (at dinner, in front of TV, in front of PC, etc.). Sitting is the new smoking and too much inactivity can be catastrophic for your health. You will learn about upper cross syndrome and corrective exercise to rehabilitate your bad posture habits.

HEALTHY HAPPY FEET new Did you know that there 26 bones and 33 joints in your foot? Your feet are very complex structures carrying you around your entire life. You will learn about proper foot care and footwear, as well as exercises and stretches for the muscles, tendons and ligaments in the feet and ankles.
