Eugènia Anglès Cantó Uruguay 1978. Su vocación nómada la ha llevado por varios países, paisajes y culturas, actualmente reside en Reino Unido. Diseñadora textil con gran interés por el diseño de superficies, lo que, gradualmente, derivó en búsquedas en ilustración y lo narrativo. Creó "Soul del Sur", textiles inspirados en la fauna y flora de Sudamérica. Se ha formado en la Escuela de Ilustración de Sármede y en Ars in Fabula en Macerata, Italia. Durante los últimos cuatro años ha ilustrado una serie de libros informativos para Penguin Random House Uruguay. Uruguay 1978. Her nomadic vocation has taken her to various countries, landscapes and cultures, she currently lives in the UK. Textile designer with a keen interest in surface design, which gradually led her to illustration and narrative. She created "Soul del Sur" home textiles inspired by South American fauna and flora. She has been trained at the School of Illustration in Sarmede and at Ars in Fabula in Macerata, Italy. For the last four years she has illustrated a series of non fiction children's books for Penguin Random House Uruguay.

La imperiosa necesidad de mancharme las manos pronto me llevó al mundo de la pintura y la ilustración. Licenciada en Humanidades por la Universitat Pompeu Fabra, desarrollé mi formación artística en las escuelas Llotja y Eina de Barcelona. Durante los últimos veinte años me he dedicado a la dirección de arte en el mundo de la decoración y podéis encontrar mi trabajo aplicado a productos, creaciones textiles, así como en ilustraciones para ensayo, literatura juvenil, prensa y cubiertas de libros. The urge to have my hands stained in paint soon pointed me towards illustration and painting. So, after a Humanities degree at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, I followed art studies at the schools Llotja and Eina in Barcelona. For 20 years, I have been working as an art director in design and decoration areas. Now, besides packaging and fabrics, you can also find my work on books for kids, press and book covers.

Su último trabajo es el álbum ilustrado Totototo (2021), publicado por la editorial Elkar. Zumarraga, Basque Country, 1992. She studied Design and Edition of Printed Publications and Multimedia in Donostia and the degree of Design and Illustration at the University of the Basque Country. Ángeles Benítez Romero Nací en Jerez de la Frontera en 1973. Estudié un par de cursos en la Escuela de Artes Aplicadas de dicha localidad. Posteriormente me trasladé al norte y me licencié en Restauración y Técnicas Gráficas en la Universidad del País Vasco. Actualmente resido en Papenburg, Alemania. Siempre recuerdo haber tenido un lápiz en la mano. Actualmente me dedico a la docencia y desde hace un año lo compagino con la ilustración, un aprendizaje contínuo.
I was born in Jerez de la Frontera in 1973. I studied a couple of courses at the Escuela de Artes Aplicadas in Jerez de la Frontera, then I moved to the north of Spain and graduated in Restoration and Graphic Techniques at the University of the Basque Country. Now I live in Papenburg, Germany.

Tarcila Lima Costa Elena Blanco es una artista e ilustradora española afincada en Londres. Estudió arquitectura en Barcelona y trabajó como arquitecta hasta que tuvo a sus hijos y redescubrió la belleza del mundo infantil. En el 2010 comenzó su práctica artística. Elena trabaja con acuarela y tinta combinando elementos abstractos y figurativos en dibujos luminosos y evocadores. Sus obras se venden por todo el mundo. Elena Blanco is a Spanish artist and illustrator based in London. She studied architecture in Barcelona and worked as an architect until she had her children and rediscovered the joys of childhood. In 2010 she started her art practice. She works with watercolour and ink combining abstract and figurative elements to produce luminous, evocative drawings. Her work is sold and commissioned worldwide.
Jesús Cuenca Alba Nací en Cabo Frío, Río de Janeiro, Brasil, en 1974. Estudié Artes Visuales en la Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), en São Paulo, Brasil. Hoy trabajo como profesora en el curso de Artes Visuales de la misma institución, investigo la relación entre el arte y la salud y soy responsable de la disciplina Texto-Imagen, donde discutimos y producimos ilustraciones para diferentes medios.
Tranquilinho nació en Madrid (1978) y renació como artista tras su feliz estancia en el taller de Ahn Sung Hwan en Seúl. Estudió Ilustración, Cómic y Diseño Gráfico. Agradece la gran fortuna de haber subido a navíos capitaneados por generosos maestros como Antonio Santos y Javier Zabala. Sin ellos no habría llegado a los buenos puertos desde los que prosigue su búsqueda artística personal.

Without them, he would have never reached the safe harbors from which he continues his personal artistic search.

Marianna De Palma Soy una ilustradora y artista plástica de los Países Bajos. Después de dirigir una librería infantil durante 17 años en mi ciudad natal, Hertogenbosch, era el momento de volver a dejar espacio para el dibujo y la pintura. Siempre me han gustado las ilustraciones y los libros, y cuando hice mi primer libro ilustrado para un trabajo escolar, hace años, todo cobró sentido. Estudié Bellas Artes en la Academia de Arte de Hertogenbosch. Todavía me gusta experimentar y aprender. Actualmente estoy estudiando un máster en ilustración de libros infantiles en la Universidad Anglia Ruskin de Cambridge. I am an illustrator/fine-artist from the Netherlands. After running a Children's Bookshop for 17 years in my hometown 'sHertogenbosch, it was time to make room for drawing and painting again. I have always loved illustrations and books, and when I made my first picture book for a school assignment years ago it all came together. I studied Fine Arts at at the Art Academy in 's-Hertogenbosch. I still love to experiment and learn. I am currently studying for an MA in Children's Book Illustration at the Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge.

My project "The flowers that seduce" was among the winners of the XII Ilde artist book festival in Barcelona.
María Garde Noguera Esther Peces es una ilustradora y profesora de arte basada en España con trasfondo internacional. Graduada en 2016 en la School of the Art Institute of Chicago, ha publicado tres cuentos infantiles, y producido videos de visual thinking para instituciones como "El Museo del Prado" o "Patrimonio Nacional". Ganó el premio "Undiscovered Voices" en 2016, lo que hizo que se le publicase entre los "Ilustradores Infantiles del Futuro" en The Guardian. Kátia Bandeira de Mello Gerlach, born in Rio de Janeiro, is a writerpoet-visual artist based in New York since 1998. Her work is strongly influenced by the surrealist movement and pataphysics. Derya Gokalp Soy creadora de libros ilustrados y profesora de arte, nacida en Estambul. Estudié Educación Artística en Alemania, donde vivo actualmente. Recientemente escribí mi tesis de maestría sobre los libros infantiles no convencionales y su potencial creativo en la educación artística. Me encanta crear este tipo de libros y descubrir nuevas historias e imágenes junto con los niños. I am a picturebook maker and an art teacher, born in Istanbul, studied Art Education in Germany, where i'm currently living. Recently I wrote my master theses about unconventional children books and their creative potencial in art education. I did my bachelor's degree in Psychology and Management of Performing Arts and did my master's degree in Clinical Psychology in Istanbul Bilgi University. I have always been interested in arts and believed in the transformational power of creativity.
Nació en 1992 en Caracas y se crió en las Islas Canarias, ha vivido y viajado extensivamente por diferentes países (Inglaterra, Argentina, India, Venezuela, Alemania, España, Portugal, Marruecos, Sri Lanka, etc.) lo que ha influido íntimamente en su forma de entender el Arte y en su manera de interactuar visualmente. Estudió Cómic y Diseño Gráfico en Barcelona, y actualmente está afincado en Portugal donde sigue trabajando en su estudio en medio del campo, completamente maravillado por el mundo que le rodea. Estudié diseño gráfico; me fascinaba comunicarme con el público, y transmitir historias, emociones, ideas mediante formas, colores, trazos, texturas, composiciones, etc. A la hora de ilustrar me gusta fijarme en lo que me rodea. De lo que veo, o de lo que está retenido en mi memoria y en mi imaginación. Y crear contraste recreando situaciones reales con pinceladas de fantasía; con los pies en el suelo, pero la mente en las nubes. 1992, Zarautz, I am a freelance graphic designer/illustrator. I live in a village on the Basque coast; between the sea and the mountains. I decided to study graphic design; I was fascinated by communicating with the public, and transmitting stories, emotions, ideas through shapes, colors, strokes, textures, compositions, etc. When illustrating I like to look at what surrounds me. From what I see, or from what is retained in my memory and in my imagination. And create contrast by recreating real situations with touches of fantasy; with my feet on the ground, but my mind in the clouds.

Francine Matsumoto Camilo Martins se graduó en la UFRJ (Río de Janeiro) en 2017. En el mismo año fue elegido como joven ilustrador para representar a Brasil en el taller de la Bienal Internacional de Ilustración en Eslovaquia. Además, recibió el sello Seleção Cátedra 10UNESCO (PUC-RIO) por el libro Em Busca do Mar (2019) y por el libro Lila em Moçambique (2020). Desde entonces trabaja ilustrando libros para niños y jóvenes y, ahora, como diseñador de imprenta. Camilo Martins graduated from UFRJ (Rio de Janeiro) in 2017, in the same year was the chosen as the young illustrator to represent Brazil in the workshop of the International Biennial of Illustration in Slovakia. Also, he recived the Seleção Cátedra 10UNESCO (PUC-RIO) seal for the book Em Busca do Mar (2019) and for the book Lila em Moçambique (2020). Since then he works illustarting books for children and young adults and, now, as a print designer.
Belén Moreno Zaldibar Nacida en 1995, Fran Matsumoto es una ilustradora japonesabrasileña con sede en São Paulo, Brasil. Ellen Oosterhof Michaela Noll trabaja como diseñadora gráfica e ilustradora para varios museos de Viena, Austria. Allí es responsable de la interpretación visual de las exposiciones, del diseño de los catálogos de las mismas, de los libros y programas infantiles,... Además, ha desarrollado algunos proyectos de ilustración individuales utilizando las técnicas de acuarela, tinte y diferentes formas de grabado. Michaela Noll is working as graphicdesigner and illustrator for several museums in Vienna, Austria. There she is responible for the visual interpretation of exhibitions, the design of exhibition catologues, children’s books and programs,... Besides she developed some individual illustration projects using the techniques of aquarell, china and different forms of printmaking.

Born in Madrid (1974), after working as a heritage restorer, I live in the Basque Country where I study Graphic Design, obtaining a Leonardo scholarship for Paris, and Illustration at the Escola Massana in Barcelona, with an Erasmus scholarship for ISIA Urbino (Italy). Scholarship holder at the IX Seminario d'Impressiò Experimental Xavier Nogués. I have worked as an assistant in the traditional graphic arts workshop at the Escola Massana. And selected for the European Network FLIC 2018 and for an exhibition at BCBF 2019.

Paola Zakimi Şeyda Ünal es una ilustradora de Turquía. Nació en 1990. Estudió la carrera de Diseño Gráfico. Recibió formación en ilustración contemporánea de Saeed Ensafi y Javier Zabala. Şeyda trabaja sobre todo en libros ilustrados. Ha publicado tres libros ilustrados. Uno de sus libros fue publicado por la plataforma internacional Piboco. Şeyda Ünal is an Illustrator from Turkey. She was born in 1990. Studied undergraduate education on Graphic Design. She received training in contemporary illustration from Saeed Ensafi and Javier Zabala. Şeyda works mostly on picture books. There are three published illustrated books by her. One of her books was published by the international platform Piboco.
Paola Zakimi pasó toda su infancia y parte de su juventud en la fría Patagonia, Argentina. Su carácter independiente la llevó a Buenos Aires. Estudió Escuela de Bellas Artes Escultura y Diseño Gráfico en Buenos Aires, vivió en Buenos Aires, Palermo hasta 2007, lo que la motivó a mudarse a Villa Giardino, Córdoba, donde reside hasta ahora. Se convirtió en artista a tiempo completo después de mudarse a su nuevo hogar en Villa Giardino. Paola ha ilustrado seis libros, el último libro saldra a la luz este año. Paola Zakimi spent all of her childhood and part of her youth in cold Patagonia, Argentina. Her independent nature led her to Buenos Aires. She studied Arts and Graphic design in Buenos Aires. She had lived in Buenos Aires, Palermo till 2007 prompting her to move to Villa Giardino, Cordoba, where she reside till now. She became a full-time artist after moves to her new home in Villa Giardino. She illustrated six books so far.
