A Cast Film Line is a production system used to manufacture thin plastic films by a process called cast film extrusion. This technique is widely used in industries that require high-quality films with uniform thickness for applications such as packaging, lamination, and industrial use.

1. Extrusion Process:

The raw material (typically polyethylene, polypropylene, or other polymers) is melted in an extruder.
The molten plastic is forced through a flat die, forming a thin, flat sheet.
2.Cooling on a Chill Roll:

This rapid cooling ensures a smooth surface and excellent optical properties.

The extruded film is immediately cooled and solidified by coming into contact with a chilled roller.

3. Stretching and Orientation:

The film may be stretched in one or both directions (uniaxial or biaxial orientation) to improve mechanical and barrier properties.

1.Packaging: Food packaging (cling film, meat wrapping). Industrial packaging (stretch wrap).

2.Medical and Hygiene: Films for diapers and sanitary products. Sterile packaging for medical tools.

3.Agricultural Use: Mulch films. Greenhouse
