LaBella’s design professionals remain involved throughout construction. Our full-time construction inspectors are dedicated to overseeing safe projects and can assist in specialized areas such as work in highway rights-of-way.

We prepare final punch lists and inspections and work with regulators to help you obtain final sign-offs and open your project on schedule.

The level of construction support we provide is tailored to your needs and budget. LaBella provides the following construction support services: •

Pre-construction phase, including value engineering, constructability reviews, master scheduling, bid assistance, and building permits.

Construction phase, including construction inspection, shop drawing review, stormwater inspections, pressure testing witnessing, RFI response, and owner’s representation.

Post-construction phase, including punch lists, inspections, certifications, as-built surveys, and commissioning.
