When I first entered this business I found the buying process for luxury products needlessly complex. From the beginning, we’ve maintained a straightforward model of designing and ordering that is approachable and easy. To support that belief, renderings and strike-offs, which offer a preview of your investment, are delivered in days if not hours, and our lead-times are the shortest in the industry. Whether it’s a large, custom rug or a precut piece of upholstery, customers get exactly what they want in a timely manner. Lastly, everything we do is custom and hand-made by my team of designers and craftsmen in our Austin, Texas studio. We have an office, phones, inventory and machines; our customers can easily reach us. In this day and age, some people might say that’s novel, but it’s just how we do business.
