Next to the Delaware River and Philadelphia Union’s Soccer Stadium, we designed a commercial office to serve as a law firm’s headquarters. Featured within: a fully functioning office, professional recording studio, mock courtroom, commercial garage, 4 guestrooms, and a 1-bedroom apartment. To satisfy the client’s needs, the design utilized an existing 1-story industrial brick building and added two additional stories along with a roof deck. The proposed design features a more modern approach while also sticking to the industrial characteristic. We highlighted aspects of the beatiful Commodore Barry Bridge within our distinct 2-story curtain wall, acting as one of our key design elements.
Construction was never pursued.

In the center of the town of Swarthmore, Pa, we are assisting our client transform one of the town’s historic banks. The project is converting what had formely been an operational bank into a fully functioning law office. We developed various schemes for the 7,000 square foot fit-out, each of them had their own unique twist to them, but the fundamental program spaces remained the same. They are the following: open and closed office spaces for its employees, a practice courtroom, a library, and a new coffered ceiling. The goal of each design was to keep and restore the classical elements of the building and distinguish the new interventions in more modern approaches. Each design scheme was capturing elements the client envisioned for the varying spaces.
This project is currently under construction.

My role in this project consisted mainly on developing the guestrooms, private and public restrooms, and ensuring accessibility and code compliance.
This project is aims to start construction in Late Spring / Early Summer of 2025.
This was our office’s first Revit project. I played a big role in developing our office standards for the program. This helped pave the way for the use of Revit on many more projects within the office.
