You are registered to play golf in the 2025 KBA Spring Conference Golf Tournament at Traditions Golf Club, Hebron, KY. The tournament starts at 1:00 PM on Monday, April 14, 2025 and is located at 2035 Williams Road, Hebron, KY 41048.
CLUBS
Your clubs will have to be stored in your hotel room or in your vehicle.
SHUTTLE
If you registered to ride the shuttle, loading will begin at 11:30 AM and will depart the Hyatt at 11:45 AM.
Please note that the shuttle will remain at the course during the tournament and will depart for the hotel after the last golfer boards.

FORMAT
The tournament is a scramble format and tee off is at 1 PM. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes early so that you may find your cart and get to your starting hole.
LUNCH, DRINKS, SNACKS
A boxed lunch will be provided and can be picked up at 11:45 AM inside the Club House.
A goody bag will be on your cart.
Beer, soft drinks, water, sports drinks, and snacks will be available on the beverage cart and are paid for by the KBA. Cigars and liquor must be purchased by the individual golfer.
MULLIGANS TO SUPPORT KBPAC
Mulligans will be available for purchase at the PAC table during Sunday registration and Monday breakfast. Mulligan’s will also be available for purchase at the course, but it is strongly encouraged that you purchase beforehand due to time restraints.

Personal check and personal credit cards are preferred, however we can also accept cash.
