PROJECT MILESTONES

DESIGN KICK-OFF MEETING:

During this meeting, we will delve into the project’s branding strategy, exploring themes that resonate with the community and align with our objectives. We will also establish a clear timeline and set expectations for deliverables to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow. This meeting is typically held in conjunction with the landscape services kick-off meeting, allowing for integrated planning and a unified vision for the project.

CONCEPT REVIEW

During this session, we will present and review logo design concepts. The comprehensive branding presentation will feature 6-8 uniquely designed logo concepts, along with carefully selected typography options and color palettes if requested. This review aims to refine our creative direction, ensuring that the final branding elements effectively communicate the project’s identity and resonate with the target audience.

REFINEMENT

Once the client reviews the concepts and gives feedback on the logo, font, and color choices, we will make adjustments to the designs and provide up to two rounds of design revisions. After the second revision, any additional changes will be charged at our graphic design hourly rate.

FINAL CONCEPT PRESENTATION

The final branding package will be delivered to the client in PDF format. This comprehensive package will include, at a minimum, the finalized logo, color palette, font selection, brand book and a one-sheet branding guide. Upon client approval of the final design, all logo design files will be exported and packaged for the client’s use for seamless implementation of the new brand identity.

LOGO DESIGN

A strong logo design is vital for master planned communities, multi-family developments, and mixed-use developments, as it serves as the visual representation of the project’s vision, values, and identity. It is the first impression that potential residents, investors, and stakeholders will have of the development. A well-designed logo can help build brand recognition, foster a sense of community, and create a distinctive identity that sets the project apart from competitors. Our team collaborates closely with our clients to craft a logo that captures the unique character and identity of the development. The process begins with a deep dive into the target audience, market position, and brand values. We then conduct in-depth research to understand the site’s historical significance, local context, and other influential factors that inform our design approach. With these insights, our team develops a range of creative concepts that reflect the project’s distinct identity and goals.

BRAND GUIDE

Once the final logo, color palette, and supporting brand elements are finalized, everything is compiled into a comprehensive brand booklet along with a concise, easy-to-reference branding guide. These resources outline the key components of the brand such as its personality, messaging, color palette, typography, imagery, and other visual elements. By housing all this information in one place, clients can confidently maintain a cohesive brand identity across every touchpoint.

SIGNAGE + WAYFINDING

Our team specializes in designing experiential graphics and wayfinding systems that not only guide movement but also reflect and reinforce the unique identity and cultural narrative of a community. Crafting a genuine sense of place comes from a comprehensive understanding of its physical, social, and economic context, including its rich history, shared memory, and culture—all driving factors that help curate the visual story.

From entry monuments and directional signage to interpretive displays, trail markers, park rules, and area maps, each element is thoughtfully designed to complement its surroundings.

By revealing the cultural narratives of a place, we create meaningful connections that attract visitors, investments, and build a deep-rooted connection in the hearts and minds of the public.
