IWIL India is dedicated to fostering a suppor ve environment for women entrepreneurs and increasing female labour force par cipa on in India. Tech Supergirl is one such ini a ve aimed at assis ng women in India in realising their entrepreneurial dreams and gaining access to resources. We are working towards a gender equal society and ac ons on bridging the remaining gaps.
IWIL India aims to develop Tech Supergirl as one stop Pla orm for informa on and services relevant to women entrepreneurs at various phases of their careers. The pla orm accomplishes this by collabora ng closely with its partners to create customized informa on resources, capacity-building programmes, and connec ons to services that are relevant to female entrepreneurs.
Tech Supergirl is a pla orm that trains Women in Technology. It offers Entrepreneurship Incuba on programs and Tech Skill building workshops to women in business, technology and academia. It also provides livelihood genera on opportuni es to women within corporates and government sectors.
Tech Supergirl also aspires to serve as Digital Virtual Assistant to Corporates through Partnerships and assist them with leadership programs to build thought leadership quadrant in Sales and Marke ng across India.
While the lack of access to resources and mentorship is being ac vely addressed through Tech Supergirl’s mul variate service offerings, the need to create more role models for women to look up to and be inspired has also been iden fied. The Tech Supergirl – TOP 30 Women Entrepreneurs Awards addresses this.

Award-winning Woman Entrepreneur who has been changing the pace of Blockchain Technology in India
“I have been a deep tech entrepreneur for 12 years now. Started my journey with a data center company, bootstrapped a data center and broke it even within 6 months of opera ons. A er that, cofounded one of the first Ethereum exchanges of India and we were forced to pivot when the banking services revoca on had come into place. “ says Tarusha.

HER COMPANY
She has co-founded a number of so ware companies, some of which have matured into self-sustaining machines over me, including Cloudrino, a cloud management and infrastructure pla orm.
She is also the founder of ethx.co, which has been relaunched as OroPocket, a blockchain-based worldwide investment pla orm. She is in charge of Opera ons as well as Design.
Oropocket is currently developing three product lines: a blockchain-based banking pla orm, a defi pla orm, and a new farming and staking protocol.
She also has started a podcast called “Living on Blockchain” and has contributed to several anthologies.
FUNDING TILL TODAY
She has raised two separate rounds of funding for her ventures totaling $5 million, scaled many enterprises, and coached WEE start-ups. Her company’s annual revenue is less than ten crores.
ACHIEVEMENTS
• She has par cipated in various accelerator programmes throughout the world and has received the STEP 360 award for Technology as well as a DST grant from the Indian government and IIT-Delhi.
• The Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India, as well as the Women Economic Forum, have honored her.
• She was one of the finalists for the 2019 cohort of Anita Borg’s WEQ.
• She is running a pet project called– Crypto Founders’ Fund. It aims to create more funding and mentoring opportuni es for startups in deep tech and blockchain.
