01. Enzyme Towers Hong Kong, China The objective of this project is to design a high-rise building in a prime location within Hong Kong's central district, integrating both office spaces and service apartments. The current building, constructed in the 1970s, doesn't fully utilize the permissible Gross Floor Area (GFA) on the plot. Recognizing the untapped potential in this valuable location, the owner is seeking to explore the feasibility of a new building volume that not only enhances Return on Investment (ROI) but also makes a meaningful contribution to the iconic city skyline in this crucial urban area.
