Research for an existing house design was done to focus onmodeling accuracy with interior and exterior recreation, as well as interior rendering as concept.

Cross shaped floor plan layout for the house with staircases designed as a double helix to be an interior central focus.
An exterior staircase in the backleads from the patio deck to the“groundskeeper” cottage. The covered strcture in front of the mainetrance is an open car garage.

Different shades of stone
tiling used to create natural rock variance. Darkest tile used to visual highlight different rooms/ spaces.
Laminate flooring used in the guests and staff suites. Marmorino used on walls to create cave rock textures and colour matching floors past concrete grey.
