I was born in 1982, same year nike introduced the Air Force One model and Michael Jackson released „Thriller”.

and illustration, but I also have a rich background in advertising and creating digital content.

I’m a creative director with over 5 years of experience in managing creative teams of 5-10 people and 15 years of multidisciplinary experience in art direction, graphic design, illustration and UX design.

I would like to become a mix of Michael Bierut and Stefan Sagmeister one day, but my main aim for today is simply getting better and gaining more experience as a creative manager. I go by the name Mr. Brown, but my name is Artur Augustyniak – music lover, journalist, graphic designer and art director.

Graduated with honours from the graphic design department at Bilkent University in Ankara. I then worked in editorial, advertising and as a freelance designer. My main focuses are on branding communication

After I joined Benchmark one of my main creative challenges was the full rebranding and strategic restructuring of the company. From the business perspective we decided to take the decision on separating each compeany into a different legal entity and establish a holding company on top on all of them called Benchmark Labs.

TPM decided to launch a new brand of milk formula in the GCC region developed by a dutch producer.We created this brand named Bibena in Saudi and Milulac in other GCC countries. Our scope of work included a full branding, POS and launch strategy.

Our insight led to proposing the brand claim: The formula of mother’s love. Our strategy was to give not only another formula on the market,

Hence besides designing packaging and POS materials, we created lullabies, bedtime stories and all sorts of useful content for the mothers. Furthermore we gave HCP materials than can be relevant for the mother and child: drop cards which can be used as photo frames, stickers with tips and tricks about raising your loved one, ballons and car stickers for the newly licensed mothers in Saudi Arabia. Zgoda FC, which is the biggest football shop in Poland approached us to prepare some ideas to promote the speed of light Pack (shoes) of their partner adidas Poland. We ended up preparing a tournament for young soccer enthusiasts. We prepared a website, posters and all the online / offline communication. We also proposed to organize a football game with an attempt to beat two guiness world records at the same time: - for longest game in history - most players to ever play in one game Apart from that we gave additional creative ideas to promote the store before EURO 2012 including a customized football set of emojis and street game where an employee dressed as arbiter gives discount cards in reward for succeeding in a random soccer challenge.

The brand claim which says; It’s bananas! led us to creating a website full of monkey see, monkey do illustrations on the edge between, planet of the apes and the island of doctor moreau. Tons of time and fun were used to develop this project. Š2018

Description: Tricovel is a pharma cosmetic used to prevent hair loss. Thw concept was built on the association of how instruments would sound after losing some of their strings. It just doesn’t feel right.

The brand manager asked us to prepare an adaptation of their global key visual for Coccolino Creations, but we ended up doing something totally different, which is in fact a pastiche of Dior’s commercial by Sofia Coppola and the client liked it more than the original idea.

Pharco pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical producer with multiple facilities located in Alexandria, Egypt. It has a portfolio of over 800 SKUs it exports its products to over 40 countries.

We were commisioned to redesign their logo, we proposed a new brand claim (Health Rules!) and prepared a packaging concept flexible enough to cover 5 different brands and be adaptable to a large product portfolio. Below you can see the concept for the mother brand Pharco.

This new brand of milk was created to be exported to China. Couple of milk brands produced in Poland are already present on the chinese market. The client asked for a design which will reflect some folk characteristics of the polish region of “Kujawy”. ©2018

The key concept was to design a vintage issue according to the current trends in snowboard fashion. The range of work included designing a layout, style of typography for the whole catalogue, as well as preparing the cover illustration and additional 10 illustrations for different sections.


This illustrations where made as gifts for my wife and collegues at work for birthdays and as farewell gifts.
