My name is Kuba, and I am an Industrial Designer. I graduated from the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts in Poznań in 2022. During my studies, I participated in the Erasmus+ program in Bratislava, specializing in Transport Design. This international experience reinforced my passion for developing projects related to mobility and transportation.
Currently, I work as an Industrial Designer specializing in automotive design, bicycle design, e-mobility, the lighting industry, and consumer electronics. I am also the co-founder of Hazay Bikes, a company dedicated to producing cargo bikes. In my design process, I utilize various concept development techniques, including 3D printing, clay modeling, and design sketching. My approach focuses on balancing client needs, technological feasibility, and the broader impact of new products on the world around us.
Beyond my professional practice, I am also engaged in academia as a lecturer
Privately, I am a passionate road cyclist, an enthusiast of architectural history, and a devoted dog lover.

LIMB TO SUPPORT THE PRACTICE OF WATER SPORTS
2022 MASTER DIPLOMA
The impetus for the project came from an analysis and observation of the amputee community. amputees, which showed that despite the high level of technical development, there are still areas of prosthetics that have not been addressed by any solution. Participating in water sports requires a person to have balance, motor coordination and the involvement of the entire muscular system. The scope of the project was limited to the shin splint, the development of the ankle joint concept and the prosthetic foot. The prosthetic funnel was not part of the scope of development, due to the level of individualisation. The search for a working principle that could enable resilience of the foot found its main inspiration in the mechanism of the vibration isolator, which in various forms is used to stabilise the vibrations of industrial machinery. The mechanics of changing the tilt angle was contained in a simple spline mechanism design, which provides a secure and reliable locking. A complementary accessory to the prosthesis is a rubber, non-slip cover. Thanks to it, it is possible to move around in spaces such as the swimming pool, beach or lake. The project is under development in collaboration with IWP.

The Skver LED series represents a groundbreaking approach to park and urban lighting, redefining the standards for outdoor illumination. In this project, I was responsible for establishing a new design language for Lena Lighting’s urban and park luminaires.
A key aspect of the design involved developing an innovative mounting system for shields and roofs within the main section of the luminaire. Throughout the process, we created numerous prototypes, including 3D-printed and foam models, to refine both functionality and aesthetics. Additionally, Ihad the opportunity to design the logo for this distinguished series, further enhancing its visual identity.

LENERGIZEE EV CHARGER
2023 - 2024 Lead designer
One of the key design challenges was to create a device that seamlessly integrates into the infrastructure of densely urbanized city centers, public parking lots, and private properties. The process began with initial sketches on paper, translating ideas intovisual concepts. Through extensive research, prototyping, and close collaboration with designers, we developed an ergonomic and intuitive product that clearly communicates its function and purpose.
As part of this project, I also had the pleasure of designing the logotype for Lenergizee as a new brand in Lena Lighting’s portfolio, further enhancing its identity and market presence.

DESIGN OF NEW VELO 7 CYCLE SHOP
2024 Lead designer
For the Velo 7 cycle shop, I designed a raw, minimalistic interior with extensive use of stainless steel. The space is divided into four zones: fitting, retail, coffee & chill, and service repair. Custom furniture and bike stands enhance functionality while maintaining a sleek, industrial aesthetic, creating an immersive experience that reflects modern cycling culture. The careful zoning improves workflow and customer engagement, making the shop both practical and inviting. Every detail was designed to balance durability, aesthetics, and the dynamic nature of the cycling community.

Project of a guitar amplifiers line with facilities for the blind and visually impaired, as well as mobility limitations. The amplifiers are designed in a way that allows visually impaired people to operate the functions. This has been accomplished by applying contrasting descriptions and markings in Braille. In addition, the body of the devices has been enhanced with a large handle to make it easier to carry the devices and an increased diameter of the knobs. The control panel has been tilted for easier access and parameter setting. The design of the amplifiers stands out from the competition and highlights the most important functions of the devices. The entire line has been designed based on a set of consistent shapes, which further gives the product character and recognition.

Design of sunbed with an electrically adjustable backrest and fans to cool the body. The project was realized at the DCT design studio. The project included a concept, virtual models made in Fusion 360 and a series of realistic visualizations for clients. A control panel was also developed from scratch. My responsibilities included overseeing and coordinating of the prototype manufacturing and material selection. The project ended with a fully functional prototype, which is a pre-production golden sample.
PROTOTYPE VALIDATION
Within the scope of the study, modifications were made to the design modifications to the currently manufactured table. It was decided to change the frame of the table, to do away with too many covers and to propose a new stylistic language for the entire Technomex product line. Technomex. The development involved choosing colours, redesigning the footrest and of the footrest and the way it is attached, as well as visual and material changes to the upholstered elements. upholstered elements.
