The houses are built with a so called ‘bookshelf’structure which means a concrete frame with transverse load bearing walls. The pattern from the frame determined the plans and facades of the building. The facades are non load bearing and were constructed as light weight infill walls. These infill walls were usually built up of a combination of a stud frame and window/door partitions.
