We've put together a range with something for every need. You'll find large, small and wall-mounted containers. As a new feature, you can choose most containers with softclose. You'll also find various pictograms, casters, and wall mounts.
Do you need to choose an ergonomically correct solution and want a great design at the same time?
The container is manufactured with a hole in each side for connection to one or more containers. Each one comes with adjustable feet, which can easily be replaced with castors if desired. Also, the container opens at the front to avoid heavy lifting when emptying and the door is held closed with a magnet. Pictograms are sold separately as needed.
The container is made of black/grey powdercoated steel with a textured surface. The grey series is produced with soft-close in the lid. The bag attaches to two u-braces to prevent it from sliding down. The more waste that is thrown away, the better the bag adheres. For some containers, however, plastic bins are used, which are made from 100% recycled plastic.
There are containers for every need and an infinite number of ways to put together a waste station. The combinations are many, it's just a matter of mapping out how many fractions need to be sorted and, most importantly, how much space is available for the station.

Can the container be used outdoors?
The container comes standard with a standard textured powdercoating. A primer treatment can be ordered at an additional cost. This is applied before the powder-coating. The advantage of this is that it will not be necessary to invest in a stainless product, which is often a large cost item.
It's not quite the same as ordering a stainless steel product, but it's a great alternative to a cheaper solution.

Adjustable feet or casters?
If you want to replace your adjustable feet with casters, it's easy and simple. The adjustable feet is unscrewed like a normal screw and each caster has a threaded pin that is screwed into the container in the same way.
See page 22 - Accessories, for more information.
Want a different colour?
The standard colour is black/grey, but it is possible to choose any RAL colour. This could be a request for a logo colour or a specific design where the same colour is required for all fixtures and fittings.
We can also supply the stations with an additional primer coating that makes them suitable for outdoor use.

One of the country's zoos wanted a customised solution. Initially, they had chosen our standard containers with open inlets and bottle inlets. But they also wanted a solution for trays & cutlery. Thereore, the station was assembled from standard containers from the range with a customised solution in the same design.

OUTDOOR WASTE SORTING

Most people think of stainless steel when they think of outdoor solutions. But it's actually not necessary. The container here has been treated with a primer before being powder-coated. This way, the container can be used outdoors without having to pay as much as if stainless steel was used.

There are 4 holes in the bottom to allow the container to be bolted to the ground. It is also possible, at an additional cost, to have a lock fitted to the door so that the container can only be opened with a key. The top of the container is designed with a top so that water can drain off and not collect on the top.
WALL-MOUNTED BATTERY BOX

The wall-mounted battery box can easily be added to our waste sorting range. The colour is the same, black powder-coated, as on our other models.
With a thickness of 1.5 mm steel, you can also be sure that the material can withstand a good amount of stress.
When emptying, simply hold a bag/bucket under the box.
The bottom, which is hinged to the back of the box, is opened using the supplied key and the batteries then drop into the bag under the container.
WASTE SORTING WITH SOFT-CLOSE
If you liked our first models in the black version, we're sure you'll also like the latest generation of waste containers for our waste sorting, produced in grey fine structure.
In this model, we have added a soft-close to minimise noise when closing the lid. Also, both smaller 60-litre containers and larger stations have been added, making it possible to sort multiple fractions with just one container. The new version makes it possible to get even closer to a solution that takes up as little space as possible.

Caster sets
2 different caster sets are available for our waste sorting system. A regular furniture caster and a better soft caster. Both castors are available in a diameter of 40 mm.
Brake casters can be requested, but are not standard in the kit.

Lids for stations
It is possible to purchase individual lids to divide a station into both closed and open inlets.

Wall-mounted containers
For larger containers, a wall mount can be purchased. The set consists of 2 parts and allows you to hang the large containers on the wall.
Moveable pictograms
When waste sorting stations are used, it is not necessarily always a permanent solution. These can be for larger events that need to use stations for a single day/evening. Or exhibition halls where the areas need to be emptied afterwards. Magnets can be used to attach the pictogram.

Pictograms
All pictograms in the range are from the joint collection scheme.
The pictograms are available in colour in sizes 6 x 6 cm or 12 x 12 cm. These are printed on a high-quality film that can also be used outdoors. As a new feature, the colour pictograms are also available in 15 x 3 cm. Also available are pictograms without background, in the size 12 x 12 cm, cut out in white foil. If you need a different pictogram, we can also handle this.
