Who Is KSA Events?

KSA Events is a Youth Sporting Event Company based out Orlando, Florida. Our mission is to provide high school athletic programs of all sizes and competition levels with an opportunity to further develop and demonstrate the educational aspects of sports. We provide competition from many states across the US and Provinces throughout Canada. Your Athletes will gain exposure to world-class competition facilities and learn Team Bonding that only team travel can provide. We at KSA Events pride ourselves on offering a college like experience to High School Athletes. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Competition

Venue All Matches Will Be Played At The Orange County Convention Center In Orlando, Florida. This Is The Home Site For The AAU Nationals As Well As The USAV Qualifier That Are Both Hosted In Orlando As Well.

Types Of Teams We Have Every Type Of Team Compete, From Small Rural Schools To Large 6A Schools. You Will Be Placed Into A Pool Based On Your School Size Previous Year's Records, Number Of Returning Starters, And Rankings On MaxPreps. There Is A Level For Everyone.

Tournament Format Each Team Is Guaranteed Between 6-8 Matches. A Team Can Receive More Or Less On Request. All Matches Will Be Best Of Three Sets And Will Be Sanctioned By The National Federation And Your State Association. We Have Several Tournament Formats In The Event Based On What Each Team Needs. There Will Be The Option For A Pool To Bracket Play Format As Well As Round Robin Play Format.

Some Questions Your Administration Might Have What About The Liability Of Taking A Trip?

KSA Events Has A Two Million Dollar Liability Insurance Policy As Well As A Secondary Medical Policy To Help Offset Travel Expenses For A Parent That Is Not Traveling With The Team To Be Flown Down To Their Student If The Student Is Injured.

What About Cancellation Insurance?

We Offer Refund Guarantee Protection. It Is A $89.00 Per Person And Allows The Individual To Cancel For Whatever Reason They Want To Up To 72 Hours Prior To Departure With A Full Refund On The Land Package.

What About Security At The Resort?

KSA Events Hires Security Guards At The Resort From Midnight - 6AM To Monitor Resort Hallways.

YES! We have a separate tournament for JV teams.

You can have a full schedule for your JV team or request a specific number of matches.

How Does The Payment Plan Work For These Trips?

We recommend starting the planning process early so you can spread out your payments. Each parent can sign up their student up with a small initial deposit and the rest of the trip will be paid in monthly installments.

These installments can be fundraised money or the parents can pay directly to KSA Events and we will keep track of each students accounts so you don't have to.

What About Tryouts Or Cuts?

If your team is expecting a big turnover of athletes this upcoming season, KSA Events would suggest you book a number of players but not all the names. Example book 16 players and 2 coaches. The 16 players are not named and then after tryouts we add the names to the reservations.

All coaches are faced with this dilemma, but we have ways to help you work around this problem.

Can Parents Just Pay For Their Students?

Absolutely! They can create an account and make payments to us directly if you prefer not to fundraise. Many school are doing this now and the Coach, boosters, or school does not have to handle any money.

Are You Sanctioned By The NFHSA? YES! All KSA Events tournaments are sanctioned by the state and national federation.

Once the tournament is bracketed we will complete the paperwork and send it to your state association and your Athletic Director for their records.

Do Schools Fundraise For The Trip?

Yes! Most schools lay out a plan with a monthly fundraiser to offset each monthly payment, so no one has to pay out of pocket. We have several suggestions and can connect you to another school in your area that has come before. We have a very useful parent meeting power point that helps explain the entire process.
