We offer affordable wedding packages and additional options to make your day extra special; let us cater for you and your guests with the opportunity to hire entertainers and even a private joust!

We also offer overnight accommodation in our castle suites, located inside the castle walls.

BBQ Buffet – From $40 per guest Enjoy a plentiful selection of meats, salads, breads and condiments along with assorted mini desserts. All served up as a buffet for your guests to enjoy in great medieval style!

Medieval Feast - $85 per person The 4 course Medieval Feast is a great way to get into the medieval theme and is our most popular option! The sharing aspect of the meal builds great interaction and fun between your guests!

The 4 courses include a medieval tasting plate to share on arrival, homemade soup, platters of roast meat and seasonal roast vegetable to share and something sweet to finish.

Beverages may be enjoyed as part of a package, charged on consumption, or paid for by guests at bar prices. Beverage packages must run for the entirety of your function. For example, if the event runs from 6pm – 11pm, you must choose the 5-hour option.

Bar Tab Set up a tab for your guests to enjoy beverages on consumption. Once your tab is near its end, our friendly staff will approach you about whether you’d like to increase the tab or change your arrangement so that guests then start to pay for their own beverages at bar prices.

Additional beverage requests Guests can pay as they go for additional beverages not included on the beverage list at bar prices.

Mead A traditional blend of red wine, honey, and spices.

Tea and Coffee Station For functions held in our Abbey Tavern, a tea and coffee station can be set up at your request. There is no additional charge for this, however it does need to be specifically requested. Please note, this option is not available in our other function spaces.

Add 8 specialty cocktails to the menu for your special day for guests to purchase. Car Parking - Free Kryal Castle offers ample, complimentary car parking on site.

Decorations Kryal Castle provides chairs, tables, white tablecloths, full crockery, cutlery and glassware. Any additional decorations such as table runners, centre pieces etc will need to be supplied by you. There is no additional fee for this.

Cakeage - $2 per person Includes cutting of your cake and serving with cream. Please provide your own cake bags, should you require them.

Vendors Meal (Musicians, photographers, Djs) - $35 per person Includes a plated main meal and soft drink for each of your entertainers, such as musicians (not required for characters mentioned earlier).

Hire some of our finest performers to put on a show and entertain you through the night! Hire three performers to put on a pantomime, or four performers to put on Shakespeare with a twist. Either way you will laugh out loud with these fantastic shows.

Both options come with your choice of 2 extras being trivia (whatever subject you would like), a torture chamber tour, medieval dance lessons or fire twirling.

Private Joust - $1100 Arrange your own exciting jousting battle between 2 opposing knights on horseback! Watch from the Castle Arena grandstand, or the Ale House overlooking the Castle Arena whilst you enjoy pre-dinner canapés and beverages.

Private skill at arms display - $600 A knight on horseback displays a number of skills using a lance, sword and spear. Enjoyed in the Grandstand overlooking the Castle Arena.

e r i H m oo R FOR WEDDINGS & FUNCTIONS

Standard room hire outside of park operating hours is $500 for up to 5 hours. Additional time is charged at $200 per hour or any part thereof. Please note that liquor licensing requirements dictate that we cannot extend events past 12am. Functions that take place during park opening hours are capped at 2.5 hours, the room hire fee remains the same, however this also includes entry to the adventure park.

Ceremony cost is a flat fee of $500 to hire our Chapel or another space in the Castle. For outdoor ceremonies, this fee includes twenty chairs, plus signing table with tablecloth and twochairs.
