Communication is KEY: Email is the best way to reach out to me. Typically, if I am awake during the weekdays I will respond to your email rather quickly. However, there will be times when I may not be able to respond right away. Please allow 24 hours for an email response back from me (usually I will let you know in class if I will not be able to respond right away). Email etiquette: Please use the correct conventions for the genre of email. Use a proper greeting, proof read the entire email, put ENC 213-023 in the subject line and a couple words about the email content (i.e. Question, Concern, or Absences), and use a correct closing. Any emails not using the proper conventions will be considered unprofessional and may not get an answer.
