ABOUT ME
I am a student pursuing a master’s degree in landscape architecture at the Latvian University of Life Sciences. I was always interested in design, art, and changing the world around me. I think landscape architecture is a great sphere to fulfill my ambitions, but graphic design and other visual arts have always been part of my life. I have already gained some experience in creating and developing designs, schemes, and layouts at university, through internships, and as a freelancer. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge and experiencing new approaches.

Logo design for an online group of nature photographers and facts. Straight, strict font design made in contrast with natural flowers that break out of borders
Light Puff
Logo design made as a freelance commission for an electronic cigarette shop. The design is minimalistic, with flowy letters that represent the lightness and dynamics of smoke.

LOGOS
Glory Glow
A dynamic, loud, and colorful logo was made for a clothing store that specializes in neon clothes and decorations. Logos are made with a cyberpunk-style font with a skull that gives off a punk, rebellious feeling.

Coffee Casa
Personal project for the coffee shop “Coffee Casa” in Barcelona in a tourist area. The main goal of a café is to provide a relaxing break during a busy day of exploring the city. A minimalist mosaic was added to the design, which represents a mosaic of Antoni Gaudi’s works.
BRANDING

The design is made in blue and turquoise colors, which are relaxing and friendly colors that calm people’s minds. One variation of the design has brown and orange logos in contrast to the blue design, which makes it pop out.

Graphic design and landscape architecture
Graphic design is utilized in architectural projects, including new design, remodeling, and planning projects, to visually express and identify the feeling of identity. Graphic design is a crucial component of the establishment, including logo design, visitor orientation, and information graphics.
Sections, urban design
Two sections of urban design were made during my internship in the Rotterdam office. Playful colors and an emphasis on human actions make it clear how life will flow in new spaces.

Planning process, Juurlink en Geluk
The diagram made in Illustrator shows the complex planning process of design in a simpli fied way. Main deadlines are marked with rose stars and colors, and smaller ones represent meetings with specialists, stakeholders, and the government.

The project aims to develop a multifunctional landscape design for the Ligatne rehabilitation center territory using healing landscape planning tendencies. The design concept is inspired by a simple shape—a circle—and its philosophy. A circle is a common cult symbol that means unity, infinity, the universe, the life cycle, and integrity.
