KRISTEN ROUTH-SILBERMAN SERVES AS MASTER LISTING AGENT In 2016, Kristen took over as Master Listing Agent representing MacDonald Highlands. She revamped the sales and marketing, re-staffed the office, and formed strategic partnerships, including curating several lines of custom homes unique and exclusive to MacDonald Highlands.

The results? To date, Kristen has sold more than 80 developer lots, closing over $100 million in developer land sales. She has also sold more than 40 new custom spec homes, closing over $125 million in homes sales since taking over MacDonald Highlands real estate sales.

Thus was born The Richard Luke Five Star Collection at MacDonald Highlands.

Kristen supported the presentation of these homes with a marketing strategy for positioning, advertising, public relations and home launch. She was instrumental in creation of 40 custom homes and counting—from financing to lot selection to architectural design, floorplans, features and amenities—ranging in price from $2,500,000 to $5,750,000. As of mid-2020, The Collection is 90% sold and has generated more than $125,000,000 in sales.

She was also instrumental in development of Blue Heron’s first spec collection, Equinox.

Equinox 1 is a collection of seven custom homes ranging from $4,000,000 to $7,500,000. To date, six of the seven have sold, representing more than $25,000,000 in sales. While Blue Heron Design Build has its own internal real estate sales force, Kristen was the first outside agent in Las Vegas to successfully represent the company.
