LOVE'S GHOSTLY CHALLEN GE
BY KRAWO
Chapter 1: The Gift of Sight
Taransh Singh had always known he was different. From a young age, he could see things that others couldn't. Ghosts. Spirits that lingered in the world of the living, invisible to most. They appeared to him everywhere, at school, at the football academy, during his tuition classes, and even on the busy streets of his town.
He watched in silence as they went about their ethereal business, sometimes lost in their own worlds, sometimes seemingly aware of him. But Taransh had mastered the art of pretending not to see them. It was his way of coping with the constant presence of these spirits that others couldn't perceive.
Chapter 2: A Chance Meeting
Life went on this way for Taransh until one special day when he entered a cozy café near his school. He ordered his favorite coffee and took a seat by the window, gazing out at the bustling street. As he sipped his coffee, he noticed a girl sitting alone at a nearby table. Her name was Yana, and there was something about her that made her stand out.
Yana noticed Taransh too, and after exchanging a few glances, she mustered the courage to approach him. "Is this seat taken?" she asked with a friendly smile.
Taransh, surprised by her directness, shook his head and gestured for her to sit. They started talking, and their conversation flowed effortlessly. They found common interests, shared jokes, and before they knew it, they were lost in each other's company.
Chapter 3: Love Blooms
Days turned into weeks, and Taransh and Yana's love grew stronger. They went on many dates, exploring the city, dining at fancy restaurants, and enjoying each other's company. But no matter where they went, people couldn't help but stare at them, whispering to each other about the unique couple.
Chapter 4: Secrets Revealed
One sunny afternoon, Taransh invited Yana to his home. They sat on his couch, basking in the warm glow of their love. As the room filled with an atmosphere of intimacy, Taransh decided it was time to share his secret with Yana. He took a deep breath and said, "Yana, there's something I've been keeping from you. Something I've never told anyone."
Yana, concerned, looked at him and urged him to continue.
Chapter 5: Love Beyond Life
"I can see ghosts," Taransh confessed, his voice trembling. "I've always been able to see them, but I've learned to ignore them because I didn't want people to think I'm crazy."
Yana, surprisingly, didn't react with shock or disbelief. Instead, she smiled gently and took Taransh's hand. "I've been waiting for you to tell me," she said softly. "I'm not like other people."
As they embraced each other, Taransh felt a deep connection with Yana. It was as if a weight had been lifted off his shoulders, knowing that she understood his unique gift.
Chapter 6: The Disappearance
But as they continued their romantic moments, something strange happened. Taransh glanced at the mirror across the room and saw his reflection, but noticed that Yana was nowhere to be seen. Panic washed over him as he pulled away from their passionate embrace.
"Yana!" Taransh exclaimed, his voice trembling. "Why aren't you in the mirror?"
Yana looked at him sadly, her eyes filled with a mixture of love and sorrow. "I wanted to tell you, Taransh. I am a ghost. I've been with you all this time because I knew you could see me. I wanted to experience love again, even if it was just for a little while."
Chapter 7: Lessons of Love
Tears welled up in Taransh's eyes as he realized the truth. He had fallen in love with a ghost, and their time together was limited. Yana looked at him with a sad smile, knowing what she had to do. She gently touched his cheek, her hand passing through him as if she were made of mist.
And then, just like that, Yana disappeared. Taransh was left sitting on his couch, alone and heartbroken. He reached out, hoping to find some remnant of her presence, but there was nothing. She was gone.
Chapter 8: Eternal Love
For days, Taransh mourned the loss of the love he had found, the love that had crossed the boundary between the living and the dead. He couldn't help but wonder if their love had been real or just a beautiful illusion.
But as time passed, Taransh came to accept that he had experienced something extraordinary, even if it had been brief. Yana had shown him that love could transcend the boundaries of life and death, and he would carry that lesson with him forever.
Taransh continued to see ghosts, but now he saw them in a different light. He no longer ignored them or pretended not to see them. Instead, he acknowledged their presence, knowing that somewhere out there, Yana was watching over him, a reminder that love could be as eternal as the spirits that lingered in the world around him.
