The NationalTestingAgency (NTA) conducts the National Eligibility cum Entrance (NEET) 2023 annually The NTAhas recently released a notification regarding the NEET2023. Where the exam date for NEET 2023 will take place on May 7th. The official registration date for NEET 2023 is yet to be announced by the NTA, but it will be made available on the official website soon. Once available, a link to complete the NEET2023 registration will be open.

However, this allows students to familiarise themselves with the application process and documentation requirements. Keep in mind, when filling out the form, all documents must be uploaded correctly to avoid any issues. In 2021, the duration of the NEET exam was extended from 180 minutes to 200 minutes. This year, the same exam pattern is expected to be maintained. The NEET syllabus, covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology topics from Class 11 and 12, is also anticipated to stay unchanged.

Process for NEET Registration 2023

Here is the complete process for NEET registration 2023. Follow them step by step to have a clear concept.This will also help you avoid any mistakes while filling out the form.

Step - for NEET 2023 registration:

● Go to NEETNTA's official website

● Click on the "New Registration" link

● Fill in basic information such as name, email, contact, and DOB and submit the form

● Login credentials will be sent to the registered email.

For NEETregistration, candidates must provide their name, mother's name, and father's name (in capital letters) as per the Class 12 board application.

Step - Log in with a Provisional number and password.

After registration, a provisional application number will be generated, serving as the login user ID. Once done, The provisional application should be written down because it is the NEETapplication form 2023 login ID for all subsequent logins.Asecure password must also be created for future NEET 2023 logins.

Note: OTPverification is mandatory in NEET 2023 registration, and applicants must click on it to validate it. The applicant will receive the OTP on the registered mobile number, which has been provided during the NEET 2023 registration process.

Step - Documentation needed and verification

After completing the form, applicants must log in and complete the NEET registration form. In this phase, applicants must submit their personal information, select the paper medium, select the examination centre, and update their academic information. Candidates must fill in the details mentioned below during the NEET 2023 registration. After filling in the details, candidates must cross-check and verify them.

Documentation Requirements of NEET Registration 2023

The candidates will need the following documents while filling up the NEET 2023 application form as mentioned below –

● Class 10th and 12th passing certificate

How to Retrieve NEET Registration Password?

After inputting the information, the next step is to select a password and retype. Fill in the captcha and select an answer. Keep the security question and response secure since it will be needed to recover the password if the applicant forgets it.

Highlights for NEET 2023

NEET2023 will be held as a paper-pencil test for 200 minutes, from 2 PM to 5:20 PM (IST), in around 500 cities in India and abroad. The NEET exam pattern is expected to remain unchanged, but the number of exam centres and test takers may increase. Some students have asked for the NEET 2023 exam date to be postponed by a month due to the short time frame and ongoing NEET counselling, but NTAhas yet to respond to these requests, making it unlikely for a change.

3. Click on the correction link.

4. Make the necessary changes after you finish the modification, and double-check it before submitting it. (You should double-check your changes in the preview section.)

6. Provide the OTPreceived on the registered mobile number

7. Submit the final form.

8. Download the correction slip for future reference. Note: Be careful when making corrections, as NTAwill give no additional chances.
