These are bespoke specialized electronics that can be obtained only with modifications to material compositions, and strictly required certification. These combinations of materials are not available on the market. Only the exceptional knowhow and personal connections of elspec management enable this high-priced commodity to be produced and sold. Example: cable core A from manufacturer B is connected with outer jacket X from manufacturer Y in order to obtain a particular property or certification.
