The design of the refinery management building is based on the modern architectural approach based on the climate-related approach in three administrative floors.
The design of the building has been one of the most important challenges in the design process of this project due to the climatic conditions of the region and the importance of the building's usage.
One of the features of this project is the attention to the importance of the entrance of the building in interaction with the site and the presence of modern architectural elements in the facade of the building in such a way that while meeting the needs of climatic design, they also have special characteristics in terms of aesthetics.

The building of this building consists of three floors and is designed for the residential use of villas and for the private sector.
According to the client's request, this building was designed in such a way that the private spaces of the villa are separate and independent from each other.
In general, the spaces on the ground floor are dedicated to public activities, parties and gatherings, as well as recreational spaces such as Jacuzzi and work room, and private spaces such as bedrooms and separate suites are designed on the first and second floors.

In the design process of this project, the site has a special topographical feature and effect, and the corresponding building is designed on 2 levels, with a central courtyard located between these two separate buildings.
A suitable vertical connection has been created in the center of the site to use the surrounding view and an exciting and comfortable path to solve the height difference between the two buildings.
The first building, which is located on the lower level, has public spaces and a green space is designed and used on its roof.
The second building contains private spaces such as bedrooms, living and dining areas, swimming pool and Jacuzzi
