This studio brief imparts the value of sensitivity when it comes to the end users. A vocational training center for the specially abled with dyslexia, ADHD, autism etc. in Ahmedabad. The site consolidates of two existing trees - a Banyan tree and a Neem tree creating diagonal axis.

SEM IV | Mass Housing (team work)

A housing program for PHD students of IIMA located in chharodi, ahmedabad . The site offers an overlooking view of the chharodi lake surrounded by variety of trees.

Inspired by Bjarke Ingles Group (BIG)’ The Mountain and his VM Houses this massing provides interactive spaces within the building in the form of voids. Apart from this spaces for public amenities have been given along with a central vertical circulation system.

SEM III | Measure and Draw RSP (team work)

Saraswati vidhya mandir school no. 2, Khadia is located near Panchkuva Darwaja of Ahmedabad. This was an extensive two week program which turned into a one and a half month program. It gave us the practical knowledge of scale and measurements. Experiencing and understanding the neighbourhood with reach history and culture.

I | Living with an animal - Anthropometry

Held in the foundation year, this studio brief gives an experience of a life with our favourite animal. We had full freedom on choosing the location and type of structure we wanted to explore.

In thorny and contoured desert of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, I live with my 4 pet tortoise. We all live in a cave with a nearby home garden to provide us with daily supply. for the amusement of the tortoise, we have a lake and pebbles. The cave is shaped so for us to climb and sit on.

SEM II | Contextual

On this huge and alluring campus how can one not be tempted to have outdoor classes! We were to design an interactive gathering space for the students of university.

There are a lot of trees on the site so a way around was to make them a part of the design and not just as landscaping. The site is covered with plinth with green pockets and stairs for level differences. Each pocket gives a different space and experience.
