Our Senior School students staged two incredible performances of High School Musical to students and staff across the School which was filled with fun, laughter and amazing characters.

Despite the looming news of lockdown, our students were resilient and professional.

While restrictions meant we were unable to perform to the wider community this did not take away from the effort students put into making High School Musical one of Korowa’s best performances ever.

One of the most important aspects of the School production is the process the students go through to create it. The process started last year with the auditions and the dress rehearsal was our final performance.

Luckily the students had the opportunity to complete the process and benefit from all the positive skills, attributes and friendships that developed along the journey.

Following the performances, Reverend Kirsten Winkett reached out to the cast with a message that reflected how many in the community felt.

‘What you (the cast) gave me and everyone who attended was a superb performance that was joyous and uplifting and just what everyone needed when they were feeling down.’

Congratulations to all those involved in High School Musical, we could not be prouder.
