THE OFFICIAL NEWSLETTER OF THE AMERICAN CONCRETE INSTITUTE PHILIPPINES VOLUME 2 ISSUE 1 MARCH TO DECEMBER 2022
KONGKRETO:
Ablessed and a prosperous new year to everyone. Another year full of surprises has drawn to close, giving way to a new one full of POSSIBILITIES and HOPE. Allow me to take this opportunity to look back a year or two that turned out much differently than anyone could have imagined. The pandemic might have slowed us down, but it certainly did not stop us to do what has to be done and we have accomplished milestones such as just to name a few:
1. Expansion of the Student Chapters membership; 2. Continuous webinars to Student Chapters members; 3. The first face to face induction and turn-over ceremonies of Student Leaders; 4. The FRC Bowling Ball Competition; and 5. Back to back ACIP EXCELLENT CHAPTER AWARDS.
These and so many other successes were achieved in a time when we were forced to adapt into very adverse circumstances. However, you have shown that we can achieve them when we work and think as a team. Now, I want to thank you all for the hardwork and commitment you have shown over the past years of my incumbency. Our
combined strength is what makes us successful as a group. Your efforts to bring success have been unmatchable. You bring so much worth to this organization. With this, perhaps, the impossible will definitely become possible for ACIP this year. Lastly, as my term will end
soonest this month, may I request that the cooperation and love you extended to me, you give more to the next leader who will guide us in the next couple of years for a more successful ACIP. MABUHAY ang ACIPHILIPPINES CHAPTER!
Thank you.
