1. INTRODUCTION

2026 is an important transition year for KNX. With the full reconstruction of knx.org and the retirement of KNXtoday.com in March 2026, several existing promotional tools are being temporarily rebuilt or migrated. To ensure transparency and avoid overpromising during this period of technical change, the 2026 Annual Marketing Packages focus exclusively on services we can fully guarantee to deliver with consistency and high quality.

This offer is temporary. As the new KNX website stabilizes throughout 2026, additional services will be reintroduced — giving KNX Members even more opportunities to promote their products.

Presented with an image and text, this news release is included in the product newsletter, featuring a limited selection of spotlighted products, along with videos and webinars. The newsletter reaches over 250,000 subscribers in 6 languages.

Product news published in both English and German, promoted to all ETS5 and ETS6 license users. In ETS5, it includes full product information, and in ETS6, it provides basic information with a hyperlink to the product page.

KNX product video, up to 2 minutes in length, published on the KNX YouTube channel, and promoted in the product newsletter, sent to 250,000+ subscribers in 6 languages.

3. PACKAGE DISCOUNT SYSTEM

Our current package discounts are based on the total annual value of regular services purchased.

5. KNX MARKETING PACKAGE DELIVERY RULES

This document outlines the rules for all annual package takers to ensure the timely delivery of all agreed-upon services for the 2026 calendar year (1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026).

To ensure smooth delivery, please review the following guidelines for the 2026 contract period.

1. Service Delivery Timelines

• Services will be scheduled according to the agreed timeline from 1st January to 31st December 2026. For services with a multi-month duration, the term of the service begins on the publication date and runs for its full contracted length (e.g., 3 months), even if the end date falls into the next calendar year.

• Within this timeline, it is possible to replace services, including those not in the package offers but available with the 2026 Marketing Services. Unused services cannot be carried forward to the next year.

2. Promotional Plans

• Please share promotional plans with KNX Association at the start of the contract period.

• Plans can be updated throughout the year to reflect changing priorities and needs.

• Please refer to each service’s specific content guidelines to determine the most suitable content for your promotions. This will help ensure maximum visibility and timely delivery.

4.Non-Refundable Policy

• KNX Association offers discounted marketing packages to help members maximize brand exposure across KNX’s channels. To ensure smooth and efficient planning for community activities, services provided in these packages are non-refundable. This allows us to allocate resources effectively.

5.Communication and Support

• KNX Association will maintain open communication to assist package takers with any clarifications and provide support as needed to ensure smooth delivery.

• KNX Association encourages proactive communication from package takers to avoid last-minute complications or missed deadlines.
